    澳洲與馬來西亞海軍5日在麻六甲海峽聯合演習，中間為澳洲「坎培拉號」兩棲攻擊艦(HMAS Canberra, L-02)和「紐澳聯軍號」巡防艦(HMAS Anzac, FFH-150)，左右兩側方分別為馬來西亞皇家海軍巡防艦「傑巴特號」(KD Jebat, FFG-29)和「雷齊烏號」(KD Lekiu, FFG-30)

    🌱 紐澳風格布朗尼
    還記得初嚐到這塊紐澳風格布朗尼時，超乎想像的口感讓我眼睛睜得好大好大：先感受到宛如餅乾般的脆口表層，接著，細嚼幾口後，鬆軟帶點緊實度的但糕體讓人回味無比。以杏仁粉為主體，營造出濃郁的堅果芬芳、搭配有機生可可粉，再帶出深沈的酸苦、最後，留在口中的是，拿捏到恰好的香甜。「Bravo！」，我在心中激動地吶喊，對創作出這塊甜點的手藝人感到十分佩服。

    Throwback in 2018, where the plan that originally wanted to climb Mount Rinjani finally had to be forgotten due to the earthquake on Mount Rinjani 5 days before our group departure to the island of Lombok, we made not only plan b, but plan c and also d. Finally we agreed to camp on the island of kenawa, lombok and then explore the islands in sumbawa.

    This is the first episode of our 12-day journey in Indonesia.
    KLIA - Lombok - Senggigi - Kenawa Island.

    I recorded the process of bleaching my roots the last time I went 😊
    It's a lot of waiting and hair washing and I do this every 5-6 weeks haha..ha..ha.ha........

    A heads up that a root touch up is normally a double process, but mine would be considered a triple process (a weaker bleach 2x has been easier on my hair).

    There's not much talking or anything this time as it's a more show-and-tell thing, but nonetheless thank you for watching! 💕

    Btw do you know what Anzac biscuits are? 👀
