在2018年的一月，有篇新的paper(ADRENAL Trial)在探討glucocorticoids在難治型的敗血性休克的好處。

Adjunctive Glucocorticoid Therapy in Patients with Septic Shock.
這是一個國際型多中心隨機研究，共有3800有refractory septic shock的病人，研究比較hydrocortisone輸注和安慰組相比，發現28天或90天的死亡率，兩組並沒有顯著差別。
Hydrocortisone輸注可以更快的使休克緩解，或減少輸血的比率，不過對於使用呼吸器的天數或需要洗腎的比率也都沒有差別。
另外hydrocortisone並不會增加敗血症或新發生的菌血症或黴菌血症得情況。
問問看大家，臨床上會不會使用hydrocortisone類固醇來用在septic shock，老師是會用的喔，會用的+1。

波蘭藝術雜誌 Obieg 刊登 White Fungus 藝術雜誌在台灣這幾年的進程，由於受邀參與表演，我也做了幾個現場作品。留下一些現場記錄。
我的現場作品意向包含了陰性聲音與聲響雕塑，偏向主動性思考的個人溝通，旨在破除虛幻歷史包袱，詆毀虛假的種族與歷史符號，脫離機械文明的控制。
現場手段包含了吶喊與使用電腦音樂的虛擬效果器與各式日常世界所見的私密私人物料。進行曖昧與模糊不清的真實。對於新世界秩序的劇烈拒絕。
不想享受眼聾耳瞎文明娛樂，就做些讓人耳清目明的自得其樂囉。

White Fungus co-founders Ron Hanson and Mark Hanson have written an article about the history of White Fungus events in Taiwan for the art journal Obieg in Poland.
