1 Maryland (boneless)

Drunken chicken marinade(cover the chicken)
2tbsp Chinese cooking wine
A bit wolfberries .
.
1. Tightly roll up in foil
2. Place in boiling water then turn off the gas with the lid on for 30 mins(chicken cooked this way will turn out super soft)
3. Put the chicken in ice water for 10 mins
4. Put the chicken in a sandwich bag, pour some drunken chicken Marinade in, 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine and some wolfberries, shake the bag to ensure the marinade has thoroughly covered the chicken
5. Place into the fridge for 4 hours and give the bag a shake every now and then
6. Cut into slices and it’s ready to be served .

懶人手殘版醉雞捲
雞腿一至兩隻
李錦記醉雞汁 適量
花雕酒2湯匙
杞子適量
我的做法是
1.一隻Maryland 去骨,用錫紙卷好包實
2.水沸後下雞,關火(浸熟雞比用水煮的滑很多)
3.等待30分鐘
4.浸入冰水10分鐘 ..
5.密實袋加入雞,倒入適量的李錦記醉雞汁
兩湯匙花雕酒,杞子適量
6.搖匀後放入冰箱至少四個小時(閒時再去搖匀一下)
然後切片就可以開吃了
喜歡的可以用雞翼,記得先在底部戒一刀,然後沖水
不用包錫紙直接放入沸水去浸
因為這一支醉雞汁入面已經有鹽分,所以在水煮的時候不用加入鹽,不然出來就會好鹹
