壓力大成為都市人的通病,壓力除了來自老闆、上司的要求,有時候也來自於自己,甚至是個性引起的。大家都習慣了擁抱速度、同時處理多種工作的生活,又或者完美主義病發作,自我要求高、所有事都親力親為、個性執著、凡事想親力親為,結果給自己添加壓力而不自覺。怎樣得知自己是否受壓力困擾?其實壓力會從身體症狀反映出來,最近一個月你有以下症狀嗎?
☐心情鬱悶、心神恍惚
☐經常不自覺地嘆氣

Stress has become a common problem among urbanites. In addition to the demands from managers and superiors, stress sometimes comes from within oneself, and related to personality.
