☆ Steamed Bao with Pork, Napa and Shitake Mushroom Filling 香菇菜肉蒸包☆

A really loves Bao and when I ask him what he wants for breakfast, lunch and dinner it’s always Bao. Sorry for the wait. This recipe took a lot longer than I had hoped for to put together. After looking back at my videos I realized how many steps there were. I tried my best to narrow it down and pinpoint on what’s important, so I really hope it’s still easy to understand and follow. There is still so much to learn about dough recipes, but learning how to make Bao was quite fun! I hope you enjoy making it too and your little one likes it.
The Bao wrapper ingredient recipe was derived from @leilei__sun ‘s steamed milk mantou recipe. It’ll make 8 big baos. If you’re little one is lactose intolerant you can substitute milk with water instead 🥰
Some of you have asked me about the panda, so I will also make a tutorial on how to make the panda Bao but I will post it on a separate post another day!

小哲超喜歡吃包子、饅頭的。每次早餐、中餐、晚餐問他想吃什麼他都會說「包」。謝謝大家的等待，這次整理這個食譜花了比我想像中還要久的時間因為我發現步驟還滿多的😂 我已經盡可能把步驟縮短只寫重點，所以希望大家還看得懂也容易跟。其實我還有好多要學的可是在學做包子麵團的過程真的蠻好玩的！所以希望你們也做得開心和寶寶吃得開心！
包子皮的食譜是參考蕾蕾 @leilei__sun 的牛奶饅頭食譜做出來的喔～食材的份量可以做出8個大包子。如果你的寶寶有對牛奶過敏可以用水來代替牛奶喔～
