Gym A Club為大家從德國引入Citiesfit這個概念，為一眾忙碌的都市人度身訂造一個好玩又高效的健體模式，當中包含了IPT三個元素：Interaction（互動）、Physical Challenge（體能挑戰）及Training Party（群體派對）；這種集合鍛鍊與社交的新型概念，讓任何年齡、性別或種族的人，都能夠輕鬆參與，一同享受集體運動的樂趣，齊齊Challenge your limits !

This is a functional HIIT session and we would let you know the key rational behind each movement and how the movement helps you on daily life and workout performance. Citiesfit is the latest workout concept that Gym A Club that introduced from Germany. All workshops are tailor-made with the objective to provide the funniest and most effective workout to our members.
