We were at &JOY Dining Hall for their exclusive collaboration with Kuriya Japanese Market. Alvin had the Unagi ramen from RAMEN KIOU, a popular ramen brand from Osaka established in 1995 with over 20 outlets across Japan. I had ROMAN.TEI’s Beef Steak & Unagi.

ซูชิเซ็ตสุดพรีเมียมจัดเต็ม​ในราคาสบายใจ

Just got my sushi craving fixed with this #omakasebox delivered from Shakarich しゃかリッチ. There are actually quite a lot of choices in the menu to choose from, and ours was a lovely sushi box with crowd's favorite goodies like 3 kinds of tuna, Uni, Ikura, Unagi, Ebi, and Futomaki with generous fillings. Fish and other toppings were fresh, proportion of toppings/rice was about right, and the taste of the rice itself was not too overpowering (tho a bit dense). Overall, I think it's an enjoyable meal for a little celebration at home that doesn't break the bank!

瀬戸、うなぎの名店へ！愛知県瀬戸市『うなぎの田代』に伺ってきました。100年以上前から伝わる職人技とタレを受け継ぐ現在の店主伊藤さんは4代目だそう。予約のハードルの高さは半端ないくらいですが、そんなハードルも感じさせない店主の見事な職人技、ど迫力のうなぎ、そして味わってみないとわからない魅力があります。前回伺った時の味と感動が忘れられず、今回も楽しみに訪問してきました。それでは早速ご覧ください！

To Seto, a famous eel restaurant! I visited "Unagi Tashiro" in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. The current owner, Mr. Ito, who inherits the craftsmanship and sauce that has been passed down for over 100 years, is said to be the 4th generation. The height of the reservation hurdle is not odd, but the shop owner's wonderful craftsmanship that does not make you feel such a hurdle, the powerful eel, and the charm that you can not understand until you taste it. I can't forget the taste and excitement I visited last time, so I'm looking forward to visiting this time as well. Please have a look!
