[TAIPEI - 旨樂 / Sushi Sensation ☺️]

最近在台北的時間比較少所以現在才踩這新熱點。餐廳定位和裝修像歐美的新潮壽司店風，除了有能坐十幾位的吧枱以外，有更多的獨立桌子，走進去第一感覺讓我想起當年在倫敦住的時候去吃壽司的店一樣(當時還是學生和剛開始工作所以負擔不起不能常去)。餐廳概念簡單，通常都會先點一個套餐之後再加點(可要求把鴨肝和牛肉壽司放到在加點的壽司後)。食材主要都是日本來貨，現點現做的壽司品質不錯價格也非常合理。只是這裡沒有剌身，以前只愛吃壽司的我會非常開心，但對於一般女生或想減肥郤不成功的我來說吃十幾二十貫壽司飯有點吃力和罪惡感，不吃又覺得浪費。另外是我們約七點，到達餐廳才知道它們9點關。雖然是最後走而且吃得快喝得也很快不停乾杯，我們四個人帶的酒到離開時只喝到一半而已，有點趕。如果有時間必定能吃喝更多。
最後也替以前在山花的阿哲師覺得辛苦，一直都很忙直到最後才有空跟我們喝(建議餐廳可以加剌身選擇).

I have not been in Taipei that much recently so only managed to try this popular new joint now. The western style decoration resembles new western style sushi restaurants with more tables than counter seats, it feels like and brings back memories like the sushi places I go to (rarely as those places are too expensive back then as it was during my grad school and early working life) when I was living in London.
The common practice eating here is usually to start with the 10 piece sushi set and order more along the way (can request to have the duck’s liver and beef sushi the last after the additional ones). Most of the ingredients are from Japan and each piece is made to order, overall quality is pretty decent, especially compare to the price.
One of the 2 set backs for me is that they don’t serve sashimi, it’d definitely be a good news for me in the good old days, but for ladies or people like me who constantly attempting to lose weight but fail to do so, having close to 20 pieces of sushi rich is a bit too much and too sinful, but it’d be a waste for not eating the rice. Another oversight is that we didn’t know the restaurant closes at 9pm and only realised when we arrived at 7pm. We brought many bottles and even though we tried to eating faster and bottoms up every glass, we could only manage to finish half of what we brought and have to find another place to finish our drinks. I’m sure we can eat and drink more if we had more time.
I feel tiring for the chef as he was very busy preparing all the sushi and only had time to drink with us at the very end. (Suggest the restaurant to add sashimi which I could reduce the ‘load’ for both chef and customers)

你知道嗎？【綠色空間】

你可能知道，在表演藝術的舞台上，充滿各式各樣的行話。

比較有名的像是「跌斷腿（Break a leg）」，是「祝好運」、「演出順利」的意思（一種物極必反的概念）；而與之相反，則是帶來厄運的「馬克白（Macbeth）」。據說當初莎士比亞在這齣劇中使用了女巫的咒語，因此如果在劇場上提到這齣劇，就有可能導致演出失敗、演員受傷等意外發生。

至於今天要介紹的，是「綠室（Greenroom）」。它指的既不是綠色的房間，也不是溫室；在劇場或是音樂廳，「綠室」狹義代表「演員休息室」，廣義則泛指「後台」。關於這個詞彙，來源雖然不可考，但最早可以追朔到十六世紀。目前最常聽到的說法是：位在倫敦的Blackfriars劇院，因為把演員上台之前的等待區域粉刷成綠色，因此有了綠色地帶/空間（room）的暱稱。

也有人認為「綠室」的由來和莎士比亞有關。例如，代表後台的另外一個字Tiring house曾經出現在莎士比亞《仲夏夜之夢》的第三幕第一景，彼得昆斯（Peter Quince）這個角色的台詞中：「…這個神奇的輕便之地，可為我們排練所用。綠地是我們的舞台，而樹叢則是我們的休息區…（…and here's a marvellous convenient place for our rehearsal. This green plot shall be our stage, this hawthorn-brake our tiring-house…）」也許正因為這段台詞，讓後台的排練空間開始被稱為「綠室」。

現代劇場中的「綠室」可大可小，在不同的演出場地又有著不同的功能性。有些「綠室」單純的只是供演員補妝、休息用，有的還有排練、甚至社交功能。有些高級戲劇院的「綠室」，甚至擺設鋼琴、沙發和吧檯，宛如置身酒吧，讓演員在登台前放鬆心情。不過，你知道嗎？在中世紀的時候，代表劇場中綠色的空間，其實和現在恰恰相反！

英國歷史學家Richard William Southern的研究指出，相較於當今常見的「扇形」、「鞋盒式」的劇場，中世紀的表演場地經常是「圓形」、「競技場式」的設計。而這些圓形劇場中心－也就是舞台－通常都是草地，所以中世紀時的劇場行話，又把「舞台」稱為The Green。就如同《仲夏夜之夢》所說的，「綠地是我們的舞台」。

在電影加入表演藝術的行列之後，「綠室」一詞又讓人聯想到影像合成所用的綠幕技術。可見在不同的時代，相同的顏色有著不同的意義。你還想得到其他有趣的劇場行話嗎？
