#fridaygymselfie That after bicep workout pump is real😉😎💪🏻 Worked on my back and biceps first thing in the morning today. Oh Nothing interesting! Just gym selfies I took in the last two three days except that 8th picture which was taken two weeks ago 🤪 Swipe to see the last picture where I was last year by almost the end ofJune 2018. Biggest lesson - it takes time to see growth and progress. But you don’t give up. You never quit cause one day you see that progress over a timespan. Which is why it’s equally important to take pictures 😅😜 I take one or two everyday at the gym in between sets and rests. Anyone who goes through my phone will not find anything interesting just a bunch of workout videos and gym selfies 🤣 I hated upper body days cause I had no upper body strength but I’ve slowly built that up in the last two three months and I’m happy to be able to do things I couldn’t even do 3-4months ago. But you see change when you don’t give up. It’s been 7months since I made the decision to enroll myself in a gym for the first time in my life and that has been quite clearly the best change I made in the last 7months Graduating from my home room workouts even skipping gym most days in the first month cause I didn’t know what to do with those machines and weights to having some sort of plan each day I walk in to the gym I’ve come a long way. If there’s anything that makes me happy it’s the gym 😁 If I made that change so can you. 🙂 Get working have a lot of patience put in the effort and results will show in time. Progress takes time 😁☺️ Still learning what works for my body and what doesn’t but I’m happy to see where I am today. What excuse are you all giving yourself? Also please don’t think that because I was super thin when I started out it’s easier for me. I was unhealthy at 57-58 kgs when I first started being active with running& yoga. I lost all the fat but wasn’t happy with how I looked. I was just thin (thin for me) but I’m back at around 56kg now & have built some muscles by eating more& sleeping& training consistently over the last 7months. Have to say I’ve been pretty consistent throughout the last6months of lifting. #meitei
