最近有感於礙家公投對同志身心造成的傷害太大

所以想來版上發一些文 希望能給大家一些療癒

今天想介紹的是去年的電影 大娛樂家 裡面的一首歌曲 This is me

大娛樂家這部電影講述的是美國馬戲團大亨P.T.巴納姆發跡的經歷

尤其是巴納姆的馬戲團 專門找來的奇人異事

多半是具有生理缺陷或少數族裔(大鬍子女性/侏儒/巨人/白子/連體人等等)

雖然獲得了票房上的成功 但因為過於獵奇而無法得到評論家的正面肯定




後來巴納姆找來了瑞典歌手珍妮林德在美國開唱後 終於嘗到名利雙收的滋味

於是巴納姆就捧著珍妮林德 捧好捧滿 要幫她開巡演

而把他原來的馬戲團團員棄如敝屣

這樣前後不一的態度當然也讓馬戲團團員們相當受傷




於是大鬍子女性(由Keala Settle飾演並演唱)就率領了團員

從陰暗的走廊中走出來 讓大家正視他們(像不像同志走出櫃子)

當然大家都怕死了 但畢竟這裡都是一些有頭有臉的人

所以倒是沒有口出惡言 只有指指點點的 並自動讓出一條路給他們過

(上流人士不想碰到馬戲團團員們，這還算比較溫和的歧視)

但團員們一路都是 昂首闊步的走過



後來團員們還遇到街坊鄰居們舉牌大聲叫他們「GO HOME」

(像不像 說著不要修改我的民法的楊郡慈/游信義/曾獻瑩/許牧彥/曾品傑/裘佩恩)

但他們仍堅定不拔的換上他們的表演服裝

在他們的舞台上 發光發熱

不知道大家聽完有沒有覺得很療癒呢~

希望能多少撫慰大家最近受到的傷痛



這首歌很好聽 也頗激勵人心

是大娛樂家電影中 最為出色的歌曲之一

因此也入圍了奧斯卡最佳歌曲獎(不過最後是由可可夜總會得獎就是了...)
