各位好,
小弟正想作司康
食譜如下
500g plain flour (plus extra for dusting)
2 rounded tsp baking powder
2 heaped tbsp of caster sugar
1 tsp salt
110g chopped cold unsalted butter
300ml whole milk
1 egg
想問其中
"rounded tsp"
和
"heaped tbsp"
tsp我曉得是一茶匙5g
tbsp則是一大匙15g
不過加上rounded和heaped,就不曉得實際重量如何了
