第二次斯巴達障礙賽完成了！這次的心得很特別。這次1個小時11分就跑完了，比上次快13分鐘！💪💪 但我最有把握的猴子槓，竟然這次就滑下來了！所以有做30下的波比操！很有意思。我有學到重點：不管你任務完成了多少次，千萬不能得意忘形。😅 再次謝謝台灣斯巴達！我真的很榮幸當這場的野獸隊長！這次也跟很多現場的新朋友拍照，感覺這次比賽的氣氛特別溫暖。下個月在新北市的貢寮區不見不散！ Finished my second Spartan race and first Stadion! Improved my finishing time by 13 minutes, but a lot of it has to do with being in an indoor stadium and the cooler weather. In an interesting twist, I ended up slipping during my favorite monkey bars. Perhaps I rushed it, or my hands were too sweaty. No matter, it was humbling because it’s such a good life metaphor. 【突然身痕】 總有想𢯎又不好意思𢯎的時候  #尷尬位置痕癢要怎辦 #分享你的𢯎痕心得 #星期六放輕身心  痕癢尷尬事件簿 有沒有試過在公眾場合突然覺得身痕，還要是身體上尷尬的位置，那時候你究竟會怎樣做？立即衝入最近的洗手間、躲在沒有人看見的角落𢯎痕，還是不顧一切大搖大擺地大𢯎特𢯎？  1/ 下半身敏感位置痕癢？ 即使你很愛潔淨，但有時候敏感位置還是會出現突如其來的痕癢，有些女生甚至會對衛生巾的膠邊過敏，大腿內側出現痕癢過敏，在公眾場合出現這種情況時又可以怎辦？提議大家這時候不妨「雙手插袋」，將手放入褲袋靜靜𢯎一下，自然又不覺眼！  2/ 腋下鬼祟位經常覺痕？ 愈「鬼祟」的位置愈是常痕癢，好像手腳關節位置，還有腋下，這些易出汗的部位特別容易覺痕癢。這時候就扮作若無其事，擺出一副專業、很有自信的模樣，手臂交疊放胸前，手指悄悄地鑽到腋窩𢯎一𢯎，神不知鬼不覺。  3/ 你哪裡痕？屁股痕呀！ 上網一查，發現不少朋友都試過屁股痕癢，甚至有日本藥廠推出了屁股專用的止痕藥膏，事源是研究得出每四位日本人就有一個有屁股痕的問題！重點當然是清潔功夫要做足，尤其是上洗手間後，不妨以濕廁紙多清潔一遍。有朋友說，在公眾場所屁股痕時，就會走到牆角或有柱的位置扮等人，然後磨一磨，即時解決痕癢又不覺眼！衛生問題，我們當然不鼓吹大家四處磨，但遇到痕癢發作，也明白及體諒大家的！  4/ 腳板底痕癢要怎辦？ 愈難𢯎的地方就愈常覺得痕，其中一個位置就是腳板底，痕癢起來不𢯎又不能，但實在很難在公眾場合脫鞋𢯎，這時候不妨衝入最近的鞋店扮試鞋，乘機大𢯎特𢯎，要不就扮綁鞋帶，悄悄地把手指鑽入鞋內𢯎一𢯎，以緩解一時的痕癢。  Embarrassing itchy spots Have you ever suddenly had an itch in public, and it was in an embarrassing spot!.
