This is a popular dish that Chinese people like to eat during cold days, normally it's also made with wine but since it's for kids I omitted it. It's said that ginger can help boost your immune and prevent you from feeling cold and wine does the same. According to some Chinese medicine beliefs, you can also have this in the summer, basically hot battling a hot situation, where this will help you sweat and sweating is a mechanism your body actually performs to cool down your body. Note: This however is a not a dish that's suitable for kids with sensitive tummies or is sick. sesame is a common allergen

麻油雞是冬天很多人喜歡吃的一道菜。平常他是有帶酒可是因為是做給小朋友的我就沒有加了。麻油雞裡的薑和酒有驅寒效果，讓身體不怕冷，因為薑和酒都是熱性物。有些中醫是說其實這也可以在夏天吃以熱治熱的概念讓身體逼汗，因為流汗其實是身體降溫的一種反應。可是這道菜還是算補的所以不易腸胃敏感的或生病的小朋友吃喔。

Omg. Am I starting to produce/leak milk ALREADY?! I still have one month to go but I just woke up in the middle of the night feeling "hot flashes" and getting REALLY thirsty.
And now, sorry if this is TMI, my shirt feels a little bit damp??? I thought I was maybe too hot and sweating... But now I'm thinking about it and .... Could it be possible?!?!
If yes, what do I do to save this previous breast milk? I know the first milk to be produced (colostrum?) is the most dense and nutritious.
Should I be collecting it?
Should I be trying to "squeeze" more out and freezing it?!
Do I just leave it and let it happen naturally?
Do I let it go to waste?
Do I try and stop it from leaking somehow?
Omg. Does this mean I am going to go into labor soon?!?!?!?! EEEEEK!!!

主動脈剝離
Aortic dissection (AD)
It occurs when an injury to the innermost layer of the aorta （主動脈）allows blood to flow between the layers of the aortic wall（主動脈壁各層之間）, forcing the layers apart. （使血管層剝離）
常見症狀：
severe chest or back pain 嚴重胸痛或背痛
often described as "tearing" in character 常被形容有撕裂感
vomiting 嘔吐
sweating 冒汗
lightheadedness 頭重腳輕
stroke 中風
mesenteric ischemia 腸繫膜缺血
Aortic dissection can quickly lead to death from not enough blood flow to the heart or complete rupture（破裂） of the aorta.
查 dissection 的發音時發現 Google 搜尋的手機版出現 practice 功能，錄完還有點評，而且可重播，聽自己的發音跟官方版本比對！
我是使用英文版，不知道中文版有沒有這個功能。另外，目前似乎美式發音才有這功能，切換到英式則無。我第一音節故意讀成英式，就被美式糾正了 🤓
補充：之前知名藝人驟然離世的原因「心因性猝死」英文是 cardiogenic sudden death，不同於心肌梗塞 myocardial infarction（俗稱 heart attack）
