「花魁SOE冰滴厚奶Dirty」充滿花香和果香的花魁，加入又甜又醇厚的自製冰凍提純厚奶之中，香濃得驚為天人，苦澀味全無，且愈喝愈濃厚，難以忘懷的好喝！
坐著坐著，看著其中一位店主全神貫注地，以近乎神乎奇技的手法用法蘭絨濾布手沖各種的深烘豆，說法蘭絨更能保留咖啡的油脂。出於好奇也點了杯「深烘傳統日曬埃塞花魁」試試看——果真，以法蘭絨沖出來口感醇厚、濃稠，有著沉穩的水果酒調，味道層次完全發揮出來；不過對不諳深烘豆的我們還是有點太濃了（不好意思浪費了店主的一番心機🥲）

Sitting by the bar table watching the barista pouring cups after cups his signature dark roast nel drip with cotton flannel filter, we also decided to order one “Ethiopia Heirloom (natural process)” even though we were never a fan of dark roasted beans. And yes, because the cotton flannel is the best way to preserve most of the crema, the consistence is just so thick and smooth. Carrying a hint of subtle fruit wine flavor, it is a nice dark roast, though it is still too strong for us.
