    Malam2 hujan2 lauk cenggini lalu, selera dak? 🤭 Easy peasy lemon squeezy nk buat dia 😋 Kita ada share skali recipe 😉

    Ayam (kunyit garamkan)- I goreng dlu half cook, ketepikan dulu.

    Bahan chopped/blend/tumbuk kasar:

    Cili Padi Merah - ikut suka (ikut thp kepedasan)
    Cili Padi Hijau- ikut suka (I ltk kurang sikit dr cili mrh)
    Lada Merah- ikut suka (I letak 4-5 btg)
    Lada Hijau- Ikut suka (I letak 3 btg)
    Bwg Merah/Besar: 4-5 biji (nk lebih lg pn xpe sbb more bwg more juicy ✌🏻)
    Bwg Putih- 3-4 ulas

    Sos Tiram: 1-2 sudu (gitu gitu je)

    Cara:

    Tumis bahan chopped/tumbuk/kisar tadi. Letak sos tiram sikit. Gaul. Klu mcm kering sgt, letak air sket je.

    Masuk ayam yg da goreng td tu. Gaul bagi sebati ngn rencah td. Perasakan garam gula serbuk perasa etc. Biar kan kejap smpai puas hati lah. Pastuuuuuuu…

    Siap! Dah gi mkn ngn nasi panas2.. 😜 I tell you mmg akn bertambah laa, lagi2 klu tga lapar 😅

    From my eyes I think you could see how tired we were when @sugarmelonshow team went down to @feizhuloklok to do this shoot, try be a hawker for one day. Customers were coming in non stop, the whole place was hot and squeezy, my hands were doing 1 thing but my ears have to listen out to another 3 people from customer a to customer b to kitchen staff.. I know hawker life is tiring, but I never expected it to be THAT tiring honestly. Hats off to all the hardworking hawkers who have been doing this for years. Really 佩服 sia.
