//鍾狗本身咁大優勢 根本又係個啲典型既唔KO就當事既比賽[sosad]

首先唔講技術上(雖然佢無乜) 但佢有3次比賽經驗 係心態上都夠贏

第二 鍾培根仲有幾年貨仔既boxing 興趣班經驗 仲有個前olympian做教練 令佢toolbox用到既野又更多 呢點又係先贏林作

作為underdog 既林作 要同鍾狗企係到toe to toe互拼跟本發夢

Boxing 本身就係一個食腦既遊戲 hit and not get hit就係佢既最核心
雖然林作做唔到全部 但作為個學左半年既人 做到not get hit 而冇出現啲無腦出拳都好難得喇 [sosad]
用纏抱同跑跑戰術都好撚合理 咪當燒下你體能

再講下鍾狗 真係好懷疑呢幾年佢學左咩
不過我第一日學boxing 個教練就教我係台到係要令你對手猜唔透你 要令你對手追你
而唔係要你追佢

第二 睇返佢真係好似完全唔識點用個擂台
好似只係上去同佢對毆同show off 佢有幾slippery 咁#haha#dog#haha#dog

雖然琴日個場真係悶到仆街 但林作戰術同執行力真係比鍾培根好好多

Third Day of my very first long hiking trip. Now we are at the cable car station here, Hafelekar.

Saw my favourite animal 🐐 during the hike yesterday and today I got to see a herd of 🐑

They "mehhhh" and I "mehhhhh" back 😂 they then follow me and I have to runaway. So much fun with them 🐑🐑🐑🐑

It was tough yesterday especially hiking up those tiny rocks / stones journey. I have to depend on both my hand to stable and grab on a much larger rock to balance myself while going up. It was very slippery.

15km (1000m descend, 600m ascend) to go to end the third day and to reach Solsteinhaus hut (1806m).

Looking forward to the hike today 🤩

【トマト漬けダレ】
今日は、そうめんのつゆで大好きな『トマト漬けダレ』を作りました！
これそうめんが飲める勢いで食べてしまう夏に絶対食べたくなるレシピです。
暑い日でもこれならツルツルいけちゃいます。一見材料が多いですが、混ぜるだけでとても美味しいのでぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉一人分
トマト 1/2個
大葉  2枚
☆オリーブオイル 大さじ1/2
☆めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 大さじ1
☆酢 小さじ1
☆水 大さじ2
☆砂糖 小さじ1/8
☆にんにくチューブ 1~2㎝
☆ブラックペッパー 少々

It's getting hotter! Summer of MosoGourmet, Summer of Watermelon! I made watermelon ice cream using whole watermelon.It tastes so refreshing that you can eat as much as you want.
*Recipe* (for one 16cm diameter watermelon)
1.Cut off the bottom of the watermelon and scrape out the contents.
2.Remove the seeds and freeze in a storage bag.If you freeze the watermelon while kneading and loosening it, it will be easier to mix afterwards.Wrap the rind in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
3.Mix 750g of frozen watermelon, 300ml of fresh cream and 30g of condensed milk with a hand blender or food processor.I divided the mixture into two parts because it was a lot.
4.Add 18g of chocolate chips and mix.
5.Pour the ice cream into the crust, cover the crust, and freeze.
6. It's done. I wondered if I could cut it.It's a bit slippery, so be careful when cutting. When the rind became soft to some extent, it was cut with a normal kitchen knife. Please cut it like a watermelon.

暑くなってきました！妄想グルメの夏、スイカの夏！スイカを丸ごと使ったスイカアイスを作りました。さっぱりとした お味でいくらでも食べられちゃいます。食べすぎて腹壊すなよ、歯磨けよ、風邪引くなよ、また来週！
*レシピ*（直径 16cmのスイカ1個分）
１．スイカの底を切り落とし、中身をかき出す。
２．種を取り除き、保存袋に入れ冷凍する。途中、揉みほぐしながら冷凍すると この後、混ぜやすい。皮はラップに包んで冷蔵庫で保存しておく。
３．冷凍したスイカ 750g、生クリーム 300ml、練乳 30gをハンドブレンダーやフードプロセッサーで混ぜ合わせる。量が多かったので2回に分けて混ぜました。
４．チョコチップ 18gを加え混ぜる。
５．皮にアイスを入れ、皮の蓋をし冷凍する。
６．でけた。コレ切れんのかしら？と不安になりながら切り分ける。ぐらぐらツルツルするから気をつけて切ってね。皮がある程度柔らかくなれば普通の包丁で切れました。スイカらしく切り分けて、いただきます。
