要講品牌理念，talk the talk唔難；識得walk the walk先係真功夫。

為咗體現去年動畫廣告《真正醒神，就係比本份做多一分》的香港精神，NESCAFÉ推出香港首部結合超像真CG製作的廣告《Re/Imagine》。短短60秒，花足半年時間將去年的2D動畫風主角Zoe變成CG虛擬人物，全程真人拍攝，再以 Motion Capture表現動作表情，效果迫真，比起上年，又做多一分。

「製作CG同animation有唔同難度，考驗嘅係唔同功夫；CG嘅難度在於比較難visualize出嚟嘅效果，唔到最後一刻都唔知final outcome係點。」廣告公司Curious Few如是說。

「尤其今次仲喺虛擬人物旁邊加入真人角色，仲將現實人物同虛擬角色喺同一畫面呈現，比純CG更講技巧。但正因為咁，就更加要做，先體現到比本份做多一分嘅品牌精神。」

《Re/Imagine》與去年的動畫廣告一樣，同樣出自日本製作團隊PICS手筆，亦同樣以香港作為依歸。唔同嘅係，今次少了些戲劇性，多了些現實感，講述創作歌手Zoe在尋找靈感的過程不小心掉進沙漠夢鄉，在迷失中獲贈咖啡一罐，最終獲得靈感，看見曙光，繼續創作的故事。

現實感在於，咖啡，唔會飲一啖就自動靈感氾濫；咖啡同靈感的碰撞，其實出現喺女主角喝一口咖啡後，閉起雙眼，感受咖啡香醇的那5秒空間。

也就是廣告tagline的意思：只要用心感受，放膽想像，喺熟悉之中，都可以搵到全新感動。就好似NESCAFÉ的產品，無論係香港人熟識的1+2即溶咖啡、罐裝咖啡或capsule系列，品牌都希望在大家熟悉的味道中帶來新的享受。

背景音樂《In Our Hearts》是日本神秘女歌手Anonymouz的作品，歌詞以廣告故事線為靈感，為了鼓勵迷失沙漠的靈魂，以想像同創意，尋找一線希望的曙光。

This album contains songs worked on from 2017-2020. After falling in love with the originals, DJ friends from all over the world put heart and soul into their own interpretations. 延續前兩個影片，以往對訓練的認知就是能舉起更大的重量，我也認為這是訓練上能繼續追求的目標，但在KAT的訓練，有比追求重量更優先的事情，修正代償動作，叫該工作的肌肉做事，讓身體能在更健康的運動軌跡和範圍活動。

雖然我的教練很GY，總是讓我覺得訓練壓力很大，常常很累+很痛🤨？但我還是一堂接著一堂的上，也許沒有跳更高，但有其他不同面向的進步是感覺得出來的。

訓練沒有絕對正確的選擇，只能不斷地嘗試，才有機會再突破！
