As the land turns green and the weather gets warmer, it’s time for Rosé, wouldn’t you agree? 😊​ ​ My team at @sommation_live is so ready for Rosé season. Let’s kick it off with some bubbles! ​ ​ First, in the middle of the photo, we have this beautiful mosaic labeled bottle by @caesvukarnau, a small, artisanal Cava winery located in the heart of Sant Sadurni D’Anoia in Penedès, Spain. Made from 90% Trepat, a native variety to the region, and 10 % Pinot Noir, this Cava Rosé Reserva is dry and juicy, scented with ripe red berries, blood orange with hint of bread dough. Incredibly complex. I would imagine myself sipping this Rosé Cava in Park Güell, admiring Antoni Gaudí’s creation as the label was inspired by his work. ​ ​ Second, we have the Marca Oro #proseccorose on the left-hand side, produced by @valdo_soumanti, one of Prosecco leading wineries in Italy. Made from 90% Glera and 10 % Pinot Noir, this Prosecco Rosé displays aromas of red apple, crushed strawberry, and ripe nectarine. Creamy-textured fizz with bright acidity, this Prosecco Rosé is definitely a crowd-pleaser.​ ​ Lastly, this Spumante Rosé by @lecolture_valdobbiadene is a Brut style made from 70% Chardonnay and 30 % Merlot. The wine is dry and refreshing. Aromas and flavors of rose petals, strawberry, and candied tangerine peel are detected in the glass. Cheerful and delighted, it’s perfect to sip on by the pool side or on the beach. ​ ​ All the sparkling Rosé mentioned above are $20 and under.
