    @thepizzaproject.hk is located in Central, offering affordable pizzas. I got the Carbonara Pizza (HKD140) because it seemed interesting and Instagramable. Pancetta and quail egg topped each slice of pizza. The dough was slightly thick, overall was average. Rustica Pizza (HKD95) cheesy overload. If you are a cheese lover, I recommend you order this one but I personally like Carbonara Pizza more. Their tiramisu (HKD65) was the highlight, it tasted so good, creamy, and full of rich flavour! Oops... I forgot to take a picture.
    To be honest it's not an enjoyable experience. When we have entered the restaurant the staff mentioned we have 1.5 hours for dining. During the dinner, the staff were rushing us to order and remind us more than 8 times for the leaving time, even we just spent around 40 mins for eating at that time, which made my friends and me so annoying. At this point, no more next time.

    Rustica South Yarra 旗艦店，去過沒？
    去年底開幕到現在剛滿一年，我終於來探店了

    走進這間South Yarra 旗艦店，整個空間寬敞又舒適，重點是採光很好相當明亮，不得不像鄉巴佬一樣一連發出好幾聲‘wow’～～

    一整間店共分成了幾個區域，有用餐區、咖啡吧台外帶區、開放式廚房、透明公開的pastry 製作區，開放式的設計一目了然，看了放心，吃了也安心。

    我點了最近澳洲很滯銷的龍蝦Lobster & Prawn Benedict (最近各大團購都在賣活龍蝦，自己在家不會烹煮，只好在外面吃了～～
    這個高級版本的潛艇堡，龍蝦肉跟蝦肉不少，搭配鹹香鹹香的鮭魚卵，剛好解了荷蘭醬的油膩，還有那炸到金黃酥脆的迷你薯條更是讓我愛不釋手，整體來說，這道除了油膩了點，風味跟新鮮度都還不錯，我個人是蠻喜歡的。

    而朋友的King Prawn + Moreton Bay Bug Linguini味道也很不錯，一點點的新鮮辣椒提味，清爽不膩。

    很少看到早午餐店菜單裡有這麼多海鮮選擇，還有好幾道想吃，整體用餐體驗很滿意，值得再回訪，推薦給大家啦！
