    Too many people try to get too lean too early. If you don't have much muscle mass the amount you need to cut your calories to in order to get a very lean physique is really not very sustainable.     ★ product placement (名詞)

    Product 是產品，placement 是置入，英文跟中文很像！來些例句：

    Oh, the new Independence Day movie has a lot of product placement!
    (哦，新的ID4的置入性行銷真的很多欸！)

    Korean soap operas have a ton of product placement.
    (韓劇的置入性行銷有夠多。)

    (形容詞) --- 商業化
