I don’t normally write bad reviews but my experience at @jiuwubeefnoodleshk was really disappointing and I just have to share it 😤😡

First of all, service was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E.
I arrived at the restaurant around 9pm. When I sat down, I’ve made my order by using a whiteboard marker to write on their plastic menu, and after they’ve put your order into the computer system they would rub the marker off so the next customer can reuse it (save the paper save the trees I get it 🌳). Literally 10 seconds after I made my order, one of the staff was rushing like a mad man in the restaurant, collecting the chopsticks holders on the table including mine, given I’ve only just ordered my food. I kept silent and waited for my food, and my beef noodle finally came, but then I still don’t have any utensils so I asked the guy for chopsticks. And he rolled his eyes on me as if I shouldn’t make that request before he went to get the chopsticks holder 🥢😒
And then I realized the bowl of noodle that came wasn’t what I ordered - I’ve order beef shin, beef tendon and tribes with glass noodles and it came with the wrong kind of noodle. So I got the guy’s attention and told him I’ve ordered glass noodles instead of what they gave me. All I wanted is for them to 1️⃣ know that it’s their mistake, 2️⃣ apologize, and 3️⃣ offer to make me a new one (which actually I would probably just say it’s ok). And instead, the guy just kept arguing and being impolite and insisted that I didn’t order the glass noodle and just walked off 😱🤷🏻♀️😡 Fine I didn’t argue cos there’s no way to proof but he’s just RUDE. And what happened to “Customers are always right”?
Anyway, second, food was just mediocre, beef was way too tough, tendon and tribe were ok but overall it’s just average. And the whole time I was eating their staff just kept running inside the restaurant like they’re rushing to finish work or something but they actually close at 11pm and there’s still people coming in. I just don’t understand, I just know that they need some serious training.
