做生意你要搞清楚， 你係想做新客、舊客、 外區客、街坊客? 咁畫一畫，就有四格。

根據 Harvard Business Review 作者 Amy Gallo， 吸一個新客要比舊客洗多5至25倍嘅成本。 如果你能夠留住舊客Retention Rate 多5%， 平均利潤就可以增加25%至95%。 因此，留住舊客好重要。 我每季集資，舊客嘅錢都係最易集。

但舊客一點唔好嘅，就係佢哋好 price sensitive 價格敏感。 好容易同以前比較，加少少價，佢哋就往往阿吱支阿咗。 唯一最有效賺多啲嘅方法就要不停推出新產品， 咁就冇比較啦。 做點心都係一樣， 叉燒包要加兩蚊， 就不如花精力整個 更「特色叉燒包」，用料貴兩蚊，賣貴四蚊好過。

但點都好，你都要搞清楚你係做緊邊批客， 每批客都需要唔同嘅技倆去做多啲生意。

(1) 吸引外區的新客。你產品要最獨特、有名氣。價錢可以最貴。 咁遠啲人嚟到唔怕洗多啲 ，用傳統/網上/社交媒體結合宣傳推廣 (i.e. 報紙/雜誌/網站/FB/IG/微信等)。 國際知名大品牌都係呢啲，但肺炎無晒外區客，而家個個都叫苦連天。最大鑊!

(2) 做外區的舊客，回頭客。咁出品要真正最好，價錢令人可接受， 唔好勒到人一頸血。靠人客口碑， 一個傳一個。品牌歷史通常較悠久 ，善用 PR 公關， 塑造品牌故事。 要吸呢班客，急都急唔嚟! 太平館、澳洲牛奶公司、九記牛腩就係典型例子。 鬧人都鬧到有性格!

(3) 做街坊的新客。通常主打年輕人生意，較容易接受新事物。 老人家，去嚟去去都係同一地方。產品要定期更新，價錢不可太貴， 街坊消費力始終唔夠遊客區高。用地區性嘅傳統/社交媒體宣傳推廣 (i.e. 地區報/社團/FB/IG鎖定區域等)

(4) 做街坊的舊客，回頭客。產品要最穩定，價錢適中。堂食、外賣配合顧客需求
用傳統客戶 loyalty program 吸引回頭消費 (i.e. 消費券、買一送一等)。 花錢太多落 Mass Media 大眾媒體，反而係揼錢落鹹水海。 不如花錢照顧多啲已經入咗嚟幫襯過第一次嗰個客，記住，根據 Harvard Business Review Amy Gallo 話吸一個新客要比舊客洗多5至25倍嘅成本。 如果你能夠留住已經入來的舊客多5%， 利潤就可以增加25%至95%。
