§ 號召公關行銷界頂尖人才，打造新產業型態，共達理想。 蒐集資訊、理解未來性公關人才市場、定義組織人才需求，鎖定目標族群，傳遞理念、述說故事。
§ 和經營團隊共同規劃人才與職務，讓組織發揮綜效。
§ 作為組織內部的文化價值養成之推動者與守護者，給予經營團隊建議與提醒，創造與維持良好的工作環境與氛圍。
