    👉 Pull-ups aka 正手

    👉 Chin-ups aka 反手

    👉 必須要由 deadhang 開始

    👉在最高位置夾實個背 squeeze scapulae

    👉垂低膊頭 depress shoulders

    👉慢慢一下一下做

    ❌不要把膊頭升起

    ❌雙腳不要kick

    ❌身體不要搖動, 不要chok

    ❌沒有 6.5 reps, 7.85 reps
