이번에는 말차 디저트가 땡겨서 집에 있던 재료로
간단하게 말차치즈케이크를 만들어 먹었어요!
분리형틀이 없어서 집에 있는 유리통으로 만들었어요😊
진한 말차맛으로 만들었는데 좀 더 연하게 드시고 싶으면
필링에 들어가는 말차가루를 줄여도 됩니다.
한번 드셔보세요^^

這次想吃抹茶甜點，便用家裡的食材
簡單做了抹茶乳酪蛋糕來吃！
因為沒有活動模，於是用玻璃餐盒取代～
本食譜的抹茶味道較濃，想吃淡一點的話
可以減少乳酪餡裡的抹茶粉唷
大家也吃吃看吧^^

【말차치즈케익】
준비물 ▸
케이크베이스 ▸ 비스킷(85g), 버터(30g), 말차가루(2g)
말차필링 ▸ 크림치즈(235g), 생크림(50g), 우유(50g), 말차가루(15g), 설탕(50g), 판젤라틴(1.5장, 약 3g)

Cake base ▸ biscuit(85g), butter(30g), matcha powder(2g)
matcha filling ▸ cream cheese(235g), fresh cream(50g), milk(50g), matcha powder(15g), sugar(50g), gelatin sheet(1.5sheets, about 3g)

조리순서 ▸
① 비스킷을 부셔서 그릇에 넣고 버터, 말차가루와 섞어주기
② 골고루 섞인 후 그릇 바닥에 넣고 꾹꾹 눌러주기
③ 찬물에 판젤라틴을 5분간 불러놔주기
④ 뜨거운 물 위에 그릇을 두고 크림치즈를 으깨주기
⑤ 우유와 생크림, 설탕을 넣고 섞어주기
⑥ 말차가루를 채쳐 넣고 거품기로 충분히 섞어주기
⑦ 불려둔 판젤라틴을 넣고 녹을 때까지 저어주기
⑧ 말차필링을 케이크베이스 위에 올려주기
⑨ 2.5시간 냉동 후, 먹기 직전에 말차가루 뿌려주면 완성~

식재료 비용 ▸ 총 4,000원정도

材料 ▸
餅乾底 ▸ 消化餅(85g)、奶油(30g)、抹茶粉(2g)
抹茶乳酪餡 ▸ 奶油乳酪(235g)、鮮奶油(50g)、牛奶(50g)、抹茶粉(15g)、糖(50g)、吉利丁片(1.5片、約3g)

料理順序 ▸
① 將消化餅壓碎後，倒入盆中與奶油和抹茶粉混合
② 均勻混合後，倒入模中壓實
③ 用冷水浸泡吉利丁片5分鐘
④ 在熱水中放盆子，將奶油乳酪壓軟
⑤ 倒入牛奶和鮮奶油、糖攪拌
⑥ 篩入抹茶粉並用打蛋器充分攪拌
⑦ 放入泡軟的吉利丁片攪拌至溶化
⑧ 將抹茶乳酪餡舀至餅乾底上
⑨ 冷凍2.5小時後，吃之前再撒抹茶粉

食材費用 ▸ 一共4,000韓元左右(約台幣100元)
