Stinky Tofu with Taiwanese Kimchi ✨✨✨
Got those sticky tofu from @sayweee_official I ordered two days ago and the delivery is so fast and precisely on time 🎉 It’s easy to cook, frying on the pan and done after 10 minutes!
The flavor of this recipe is moderately made! Not overly sweet salty and sour. You’re encouraged to add more or less to make it to your own preferences 😋
➰Recipe•Taiwanese Kimchi➰
Ingredients:
3/4 Cabbage
Carrot Slices
Red Pepper
Salt 2.5 to 3 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Vinegar 1 cup
Steps:
1.Wash bite-size cabbage with potable water.
2.Marinate cabbage and carrot slices with 2.5 tbsp of salt (or 3 tbsp) for 30 minutes in total.
3.Rinse all with potable water.
4.Prepare a glass bottle with sealed lid. Add 1 cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of sugar, and red pepper into the bottle. Mix all well.
5.Put all the marinated and rinsed cabbage in the glass bottle.
6.Enjoy😉 after a night.

▪️台灣泡菜醃製▪️
材料:
3/4顆高麗菜
紅蘿蔔絲
紅辣椒
鹽巴2.5-3 tbsp
糖 1/2-3/4杯
醋 1杯 (我用的是蘋果醋)
步驟:
1. 用飲用水洗淨高麗菜。
2. 用鹽巴醃製高麗菜和紅蘿蔔絲30分鐘。
3. 用飲用水把多餘的鹽巴沖洗,不然會太鹹。
4. 準備一個至少1L的玻璃密封罐,加入醋、糖和紅辣椒,攪拌均勻。
5. 加入醃好沖過的高麗菜和紅蘿蔔絲們。
6. 泡個一夜再享用。
🔸我的這個版本味道屬於中等(不會太鹹太酸太甜)所以如果你喜歡偏鹹偏酸偏甜,可以依照自己的喜好再多加一點料~
