    My challenging Chinese Style Pan Fried Pomfret. Done and gone! I never want to fry whole fish in a pan because I'm extremely scared of the oil spatter on me. That's really hurt! but recently I 'mistakenly' bought a large green pan that says 'fish loves me (the pan)', so I give it a try to see if I'll like it too lol... Here's how it turned out. The skin (of the body) turned out very crispy 👍🏻 but the tip of the tail not crispy. Gonna try it again tomorrow, upon son's request: 'same food tomorrow pls...' 恶战后的成品。其实我只想试试用刚买的新锅。买错了，买到一个只能煎鱼的，就试试咯。果然不错，鱼身煎得很脆，但是尾巴不够脆。明天若有时间会再来一场大战（儿子说明天要吃一样的鱼）😅😁
