阿航的組員來自世界各地，因此你需要有能力以英文進行溝通和閱讀公司手冊。
他們喜歡的特質包括有自信、正向、友善、樂於助人及隨時能調整自己心態。

我認識的阿酋空服員都滿大方的，外向也懂得保護自己。
那邊環境滿複雜的，一個陌生的國度，來自世界的組員，
如果沒辦法為自己站出來維護自身立場，在那邊會很辛苦。
英文也要夠好，他們的班表很紮實，時差和體力都要考慮進去。
好處是，你會很快接收各種文化的洗禮，拓展你的眼界，
他們有非常多航點，你一輩子可能不做 EK 空服就去不到或不會去的地方，都可以在工作執勤時去拜訪。
