    🥛 甚麼是米奶?
    米奶是由白米及水製成的仿奶製品,不含奶類成份,其營養來自白米,相比牛奶熱量較低,不含動物性脂肪,適合素食人士、乳糖不耐症患者及減肥人士飲用;惟注意升糖指數高,糖尿病人士慎飲。

    自製米奶
    材料:白米1杯、開水5杯
    做法:白米洗淨,放雪櫃浸泡一晚。倒走浸泡的水,將米及開水以高速攪拌機攪成糊狀,如顆粒比較大,可用隔渣袋過濾米渣,即成米奶。
    *米和水的比例可按個人喜好而定
    *用白飯可省卻浸米時間

    🍚 甚麼是米水?
    米水是用紅米、白米及生薏米煲成的養生飲品,從中醫角度看,白米及紅米皆有補氣養脾胃功效,亦能除煩渴、長肌肉、止腹瀉,加入少量生薏米取其健脾袪濕功效,加強去水能力。米水可紓緩容易疲倦、食慾不振、面色偏黃欠光澤及身體浮腫等問題,由於屬性平和,男女老幼皆適合,唯薏米會令子宮收縮,建議孕婦不下薏米服用。

    自製米水
    材料:紅米2湯匙、白米半湯匙、生薏米半湯匙
    做法:將材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800-1000毫升水,以武火煮滾後調文火煮20-30分鐘。
    備註:天天煲,一天飲完,不要過夜

Coix seed can strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness. Rice water can improve fatigue, poor appetite, yellowish complexion that is lacking shine, and bloating.     Simple healthy rice water
    Ingredients: 2 tablespoons red rice, half tablespoon of white rice, half tablespoon of coix seeds

    A New Vision

    “After these things Yahweh’s word came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Don’t be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”” (Genesis‬ ‭15:1‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

    When Abram was feeling afraid of a retaliation from the enemies he had just defeated, God showed him a vision of a shield.

    When you have an inward vision of doom and gloom, God will work to replace the image you have inside.

    It is so important to see godly visions about all the areas of your life.

    Finances, marriage, children, health, family, ministry, business, job.

    What inward images do these words trigger? If you are seeing a negative image, it shows that there is a vision which must be replaced.

    Ask God to give you a fresh vision for that area. He may lead you to a Bible verse that contains an imagery to help you replace a vision of dread with a vision of confident hope.

    The apostle Paul taught about the shield of “the” faith.

    “above all, having taken up the shield of the faith, in which ye shall be able all the fiery darts of the evil one to quench,” (Ephesians‬ ‭6:16‬ ‭YLT98‬‬)

    Many English translations of the verse above omit the word “the” before the word “faith”. If you look at the original Greek, there is a “tēs” which means “the (referring to the definite article)”.

    If you do a simple search of “the faith” in the New Testament, it almost always refers to the faith in Christ Jesus, which is the Gospel of Jesus Christ in its totality.

    When you believe that you are righteous and forgiven because Jesus died at the cross, was buried, and was raised to everlasting life on the third day, you will experience God as your shield.

    You can enjoy divine protection when you are in faith. When you are fearful, you are in unbelief. However, thank God that we can have a new vision. What negative visions are you seeing in your heart? It’s time to get new ones in God’s word to replace them!

    常言道越簡單的功夫越考心思,家常菜才是最顯功架之所在。番茄炒蛋,簡單得不能再簡單,卻不是人人膽敢大聲說自己炒得叻、炒得好。今次就由「Son姐」張慧敏出手示範,如何將一道簡單的番茄炒蛋,變得毫不簡單。

    不要誤會,Son姐並沒有在番茄炒蛋上雕龍雕鳳,出品仍然是紅中帶黃又夾雜一點綠。番茄帶酸、雞蛋味寡,葱花散發草青味,如何憑藉廚藝令三種平凡食材變得神奇,如何利用尋常家居調味料觸發誘人色香味,番茄切件要大還是要小?雞蛋怎麼炒才能滑溜又帶層次?睇片你就知!

    番茄炒蛋食譜
    材料:
    番茄2個(隨意,可不加)
    罐頭番茄1罐
    雞蛋6-8隻

    配料:
    葱 隨意

    調味:
    味醂 2茶匙
    糖 1茶匙
    鹽 少許
    雞粉或元貝粉 1茶匙
    胡椒粉 少許

    步驟:
    先將番茄洗淨切成塊,備用。
    打蛋盡量打散,隨後加入幼鹽、雞粉、元貝粉、胡椒和味醂。
    注意:最好預先將雞蛋置於室溫,免下鑊時令油溫冷卻。
    預熱平底鑊放油,油溫夠熱即可下蛋,用筷子持續攪拌,逐漸成形即可離火,利用餘溫讓蛋繼續凝固。
    注意:下蛋後切勿調小爐火,否則雞蛋難以成形。
    燒紅另一鑊,放油,待油溫足夠能嗅到油香,下番茄稍煮後放少許糖,中和番茄酸味。
    將蛋倒進番茄內攪拌,再將葱粒放進拌勻,即可上碟。

    Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

    Ingredients:
    Tomatoes 2 pcs (amount depends on personal preference, can omit)
    Canned tomato 1 can
    Eggs 6-8 pcs
    Scallion Some (Amount depends on personal preference)

    Seasoning:
    Mirin 2 tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Salt Some
    Chicken powder or 1 tsp
    dried scallop powder
    White pepper Some

    Steps:
    1. Clean and cut tomatoes into pieces, set aside.
    2. Beat eggs, add salt, chicken powder (or dried scallop powder), black pepper, and mirin.
    Note: Best to bring eggs to room temperature to prevent the temperature of the hot oil from dropping.
    3. Heat frying pan with oil, when the oil is hot enough, add eggs and continuously stir with chopsticks. Once eggs begin to take shape and cooked, remove from heat; let eggs cook and solidify using residual heat.
    Note: Do not reduce heat after eggs are added to pan, otherwise it will be difficult for eggs to solidify.
    4. Heat another clean frying pan, add oil and heat until the oil gives off an aroma, and add tomatoes and some sugar to balance the sourness from tomatoes.
    5. Add eggs into tomatoes and stir. Add scallion and mix well, remove from pan.

    パウダー状の茶葉を使うと香りもよく口当たりの悪さもないのでおすすめです
    ミルサーがない場合は市販の紅茶パウダーを使うか、すりつぶして細かくしたりティーバッグの細かい中身を使ったり
    ただし口当たりはやはり悪いのと、ふやかすとより大きくなっちゃうのでお湯に浸す工程は省略してください(その分生地に牛乳or豆乳を足してね)


    シロップはお好みで、ティーリキュールがあればでOK
    残ったティーリキュールシロップを炭酸水で割って飲むのは最高です…

    【材料】
    紅茶パウンド(18cm型)
    ・全卵 2個
    ・グラニュー糖 75g
    ・はちみつ 15g
    ・紅茶(市販の紅茶パウダーでも可) 5g
    ・熱湯 15g

    ・アーモンドパウダー 10g
    ・ベーキングパウダー 2g

    シロップ(オプショナル)
    ・水 25g
    ・グラニュー糖 25g
    ・ティーリキュール 42g
    ・レモン汁 3g

    【準備】
    ・薄力粉、アーモンドパウダー、ベーキングパウダーはふるって使う
    ・パウンド型に敷き紙を敷く
    ・オーブンを170℃に予熱する

    【作り方】
    1. 【紅茶パウンド】紅茶をミルサーでパウダー状にする(もしくはすりつぶして細かくするか、粗くなるがティーバッグの中身をそのまま使うことも可能)
    2. 紅茶に100℃の熱湯15gを加えておく(ティーバッグを使う等パウダー状になってない場合は省略、生地に牛乳or豆乳15gを足す)
    3. ボウルに全卵2個を溶き、グラニュー糖75g・はちみつ15gを泡立て器ですり混ぜ、お湯で浸しておいた紅茶も混ぜる
    4. 薄力粉95g・アーモンドパウダー10g・ベーキングパウダー2gをふるい入れ、ヘラに持ち替えてさっくりと粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜる
    5. バター115gを鍋やフライパンに入れて弱めの中火にかけ、溶け切る直前に火を消して予熱で溶かす(温度計があれば70℃に調整する)
    6. 再度泡立て器に持ち替え、溶かしたバターを生地に加えゆっくりと馴染ませるように混ぜ合わせる
    7. 一体化したらヘラに持ち替えて混ざりきってない底の方を中心に切り混ぜて整え、敷き紙を敷いたパウンド型に流す
    8. 170℃に予熱したオーブンで40分を目安に焼き、竹串をさして生地がついてこなければ焼き上がり
    9. 【シロップ】水25g・グラニュー糖25gを合わせて沸かし、火を止めてティーリキュール42g・レモン汁3gを加える
    10. 焼き上がって少し置いた温かい状態のパウンドケーキの上部と側面に刷毛で塗り、ラップで包んで半日置いて出来上がり
