This is a shoutout to all the boys I worked with for the past 2 years! Thank you for supporting me not only as a colleague but as a friend.
I don’t know how I’m going to thank everyone enough for their efforts but I hope that you are proud of everything we accomplished together and may fate bring us together again one day!!
Will probably die as a private but I’ll always make sure I’m a damn bloody good one😤

我想，是客家人都應該很熟悉這樣的味道，或至少，這是屬於我孩提時代的味道。
有豐厚油脂的五花肉絲，艷紅的蝦米，缸藏鹹香的醃菜脯，黝黑帶著清香的香菇，分次下鍋拌炒，一層又一層的香氣交織著外出遊子對於故鄉的思念。最後倒入一點醬油燒一下，讓甘美的味道留在鍋中，光是這樣的配料我就可以配上一大碗飯了呢！最後將這些配料和炸得金黃的地瓜丁和白米一起炊煮，就是以前農忙時期打發一餐的最佳料理了。
