☆Rice Cooker Lemon Salmon Rice (A Lazy Person’s Recipe 懶人食譜:檸檬鮭魚飯 (電飯鍋版)☆

In addition to my last Rice Cooker Butter Corn Rice recipe that many of you have made, here’s another one for you! This time its also another combination with some of A’s fav food, salmon and seaweed. A loves seaweed by itself and he loves just taking the entire sheet and he nibbles on it. Does your little one like seaweed?
Nori seaweed is actually the best kind of seaweed for younger kids because of its lower iodine level. Iodine is actually a key nutrient and it should definitely be included in our kids diet, but of course like everything else in moderation 😉 Also, If you’re afraid they cannot chew it, then you can tear/break it into small pieces and mix it in the rice and make rice balls. First time A had seaweed was around 9mths old.

續前陣子分享的懶人食譜:奶油玉米飯,好像大家都很喜歡這種一鍋到底的食譜,畢竟媽媽們時間都很寶貴。所以今天又來跟各位分享一個懶人食譜,是用幾樣小哲喜歡的材料:鮭魚和紫菜!小哲超愛吃紫菜,他每次都會來討一整片,然後會自己找個地方滿滿咬著吃。你們家小朋友喜歡嗎?
其實是在海草類,紫菜是最好給寶寶的選項因為它的「碘」成分算比較低的。人的飲食其實不能少了碘,可是也不能過多,尤其是寶寶們,所以偶而給寶寶們吃紫菜最好不過了。要是你怕寶寶咬不斷紫菜的話可以剪或撕碎一點拌到飯裡再揉成小飯糰給寶寶吃喔. 小哲第一次吃紫菜是差不多9個月大。
