減脂到現在第八週，少了些脂肪，同時也掉了些好不容易得到的肌肉，開始有在考慮是不是要在大熱天下再增肌ㄧ次。

很多人誤解增肌的意思，以為趁著冬天，多吃些就是增肌了，那不是增肌，是增胖..!
.
增肌是指增加身體的肌肉量，進而改變身材比例，女生的話通常都是想要屁股長肌肉。
所以為了要長肌肉出來，必須要吃的比妳所需要的量還多，這叫熱量盈餘，同時最重要的是，還要很認真地重訓，lift heavy!
.
💪我要先增肌還是先減脂？
如果本身已經有一點過重了，又直接增肌，視覺效果只會變更大隻。
我自己的狀況是，我本身身型就很平，屁股跟鬆餅ㄧ樣扁，所以我想藉由增肌，多長些肌肉在背跟臀，讓身型更有曲線。
但我也碰過ㄧ些客人，本來有點圓圓的，也看不出有沒有翹臀，但瘦下來後發現通通都瘦在腰跟手臂。臀看起來反而變很翹！像這種幸運人根本不需要經過增肌這段過程 :)

💪增肌同時也會變胖嗎？
增肌也有兩種吃法，ㄧ種是lean bulk, the other one is aggressive bulk.
Lean bulk就是吃的乾淨，糙米飯，肉，青菜～因爲吃很乾淨，脂肪不會長太多（還是會長，但不會太誇張）臉也不會因爲亂吃而水腫。
另一種叫aggressive bulk,這種通常是很瘦的人第一步想要gain size everywhere，所以什麼都吃，麥當勞什麼的都ok!這是較極端的做法，男生比較會用aggressive bulk.
我其實是想要做lean bulk,但有時候沒時間煮飯，還是只能在外面吃仗著自己在增肌又吃很多，結果是通通反應在我的腫臉上～

💪女生一年可以長多少肌肉量？
ㄧ般來說男性重訓新生兒，很認真的吃，很認真的運動的話，ㄧ年可以長到25磅的肌肉，之後每年會慢慢遞減，這叫做newbie gains.
女生因爲先天關係，本來就比男生還難長肌肉，只會差不多有男生的ㄧ半量而已，所以ㄧ年下來很認真的訓練的話，大約可以多五公斤的純肌肉。超過太多的話，純粹只是長肉，不是增肌～
