改車界有一個神級地位的名字你不可不認識，他就是「RWB」的創辦人中井啓（Nakai San），年輕時曾是一位日本賽車手，退役後決定只做一件事，就是改車，並在日本東京千葉縣的柏市中，開設了一間小小的改車工作坊，名為「RWB」，是德語「Rauh-Welt Begriff」的縮寫，譯作意思是「Rough World Concept」，象徵想把汽車推向更狂野、粗曠的境界。
「中井啓」對於自身改裝的要求非常嚴格,無論是哪個國家的保時捷車主需要改裝,他堅持飛到當地為每個車主做出最完美的改裝，這樣的匠人精神其實不僅僅是改一輛車那麼簡單了，而是在精心打造一個藝術品！
