Haven’t been 2 months yet since I had this stick vacuum, but we’ve already got part of the motorhead (slide left for the second picture) broken. It may look not so important, but it actually, significantly IS important. It helps the head to move smoothly especially on the hard surfaces. I did nothing wrong! I used it daily, heavily (and it’s not a wrong thing to do) and I used it at its best. Go under every unreachable area as much as it can be. But rest assured, I took a good care of my belongings especially my VACUUM (mannnn, vacuum is life). But one night, it fell apart just like that when I was happily cleaning my room. How frustrating! _ We called the customer service. Hassle free, yo! They just sent away a replacement motorhead. Tada! I’ve got the new one. Happy? Yes, mucho! The motor, the performance are all excellent. But the body is so fragile 🤦🏻‍♀️ But thanks @dyson for the good customer service. Very quick and hassle free.
