Marinated chicken

400g boneless chicken thigh meat (remove skin & cut into bite size pieces)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of cornflour

Other ingredients

500ml water
20g yu zhu (Chinese herb)
5g angelica root (dang gui) (Chinese herb)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 stalk spring onion
10g wolf berries (Chinese herb)
2 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
