1) Most of the time（大抵の場合）

most of the time は「大抵の」や「ほとんどの」を意味する口語表現です。alwaysよりは若干低い頻度、usuallyよりは高い頻度を表す状況で使われます。この表現は文頭と文末で使われることがよくあります。
　
＜例文＞
　
Most of the time, I listen to this podcast on my way to work.
（大抵、私は通勤途中にこのPodcastを聴きます。）
　
I get a Filet-o-fish at McDonald’s most of the time.
（ほとんどの場合、マクドナルドではフィレオフィッシュを注文します。）

2) Ridiculous（信じられない）
=================================
　
ridiculousは「馬鹿げた」や「信じられない」を意味し、普通に考えたらあり得ないようなことに対して使われます。誰かがバカバカしい言動をとったり、おかしな洋服を着たり、信じられないような話や非常識で理不尽な話を聞いた時など、様々な状況で使われます。「バカバカしい」や「くだらない」、「信じられない」や「あり得ない」は「That’s ridiculous.」と言います。
　
＜例文＞
　
It’s 20 dollars for a bowl of ramen? That’s ridiculous!
（ラーメン一杯が20ドル？信じられない！）

3) Vent（愚痴る）
=================================
　
ventは不満や怒りなどを愚痴ることを意味します。この表現は特に相手に不満を聞いて欲しいときや、溜まっていた感情を吐き出す時に使われるフレーズです。ventは元々空気やガスを放出する穴や排出口を意味したことから、「怒りや不満を放出する」という表現が成り立ちました。
　
＜例文＞
　
Thanks for listening to me. I just needed to vent.
（話を聞いてくれてありがとう。ただ感情を吐き出したかったんだ。）
　
Let’s have a vent session. What’s been bothering you lately?
（さて語り合おうか。最近悩んでいることは何？）
　
Every now and then, it’s good to vent and let your emotions out.

4) Level-headed（冷静な）
=================================
　
直訳で「一定の頭」となるこの表現は「冷静な」を意味します。level-headedは感情の波が常に安定していることを表し、どんな時でも焦らずに冷静に対処できる冷静沈着な人を指します。
　
＜例文＞
　
She’s always calm and level-headed.
（彼女はいつも落ち着いていて冷静です。）
　
He never gets rattled. He’s always level-headed.
（彼は決して動揺することなく常に冷静です。）
　
How do you stay level-headed all the time?
（どうやったらいつもそんなに冷静沈着でいられるんですか？）

5) Cross the line（一線を超える）
=================================
　
cross the lineは「一線を超える」を意味する表現です。許容範囲を超える不適切な行動や発言をすることを意味し、「やり過ぎ」や「言い過ぎ」と似たような意味を持ちます。
　
＜例文＞
　
What you said to her was really rude. You crossed the line.
（あなたが彼女に言ったことはとても失礼です。あなたは一線を超えました。）
　
I’m sorry for what I said to you earlier. I crossed the line.
（さっきはあんなことを言ってごめん。言い過ぎたよ。）
　
It’s not funny at all. You’re crossing the line. Stop being a jerk.

昨天捐出1000萬個口罩給疫情嚴重國家的醫療人員後，各國公開的感謝以及讚揚是預期中的事，但這些國家人民的反應，更是讓我們感動。在路透社的報導下，有一位網友這樣說：

Taiwan is helping and donating, not selling defective medical supplies at inflated prices like one certain country. I wish the world would see how valuable having diplomatic relationship with Taiwan would be. Start recognising Taiwan as a country.

台灣正在幫忙以及捐助，不像某國用拉高的價格銷售有瑕疵的醫療物資。我希望世界能看到和台灣有外交關係是多麼有價值的事。開始承認台灣是個國家吧。

Hey 13mordeth, u might remember me, i was the one asking u about the monster as a first bike... Well i got be a old POS 1987 Honda Maxima 600 that i payed $550 for.. And i am having the time of my life with it!! Its old and beet up but still runs great, it has 35 000 Km on it, is very under powered but i love it!!

I took your advise and got me a old cheep bike that i can drop as many times and not give a shit. well ive dropped it 6 times hahaha!! The point of my message is that i 100% agree with ur latest video. I got my bike the same time my friend got his. Originally we were both going to go buy brand new sport bikes, then after talking to you my whole outlook of what your first bike should be changed. But my friend was still all hot and horny for a CBR 600 and he got one!!! Now i am having all the fun and he is the one who is shitting himself everytime he gets on it!! He is at the point where he is to nervous to get on it and its more of a display peace in his garage.

I got on the cbr 600 last week, in a big parking lot at our local collage, i did not want to ride it for the first time on the roads. and wow!! i would have been dead by now if i bought somthing like that!! so THANK YOU!!! I love my old piece of shit honda!!!! and i plan to keep it for the next couple year before i upgrade!! "
