甚麼是「腸漏症」?
看到王醫師的名字，我總會想起他曾經因為說「小雞施打生長激素」而登報道歉的事[註1]......
這回再看到王醫師談「腸漏症」，很好奇，問了無所不知的古先生，找到一篇英國國民保健署(NHS)關於腸漏症的文章。
先講結論：#關於腸漏症所導致的種種問題證據力不足！
當我在英國國民保健署(NHS)看腸漏症資料時，看到「“腸漏症”的指導者 – 主要是補充和替代醫學的實踐者 – 相信......」這段話時，邊看邊搖頭.......
然後，想到那位賣電解水、開自然診所的許醫師......

“漏腸症”理論 The "leaky gut syndrome" theory[註2]
“腸漏症”的指導者 – 主要是補充和替代醫學的實踐者 – 相信由於廣泛性的因素，包括酵母菌或腸內細菌過度生長、不良飲食和過度使用抗生素，會導致腸內膜被刺激和滲漏。
Exponents of "leaky gut syndrome" – largely practitioners of complementary and alternative medicine – believe the bowel lining can become irritated and leaky as the result of a much wider range of factors, including an overgrowth of yeast or bacteria in the bowel, a poor diet and the overuse of antibiotics.
他們相信未消化的食物顆粒、細菌毒素和細菌會透過"洩漏"的腸道進入血流，衝擊免疫系統並導致整個身體持續性發炎現象。
They believe that undigested food particles, bacterial toxins and germs can pass through the "leaky" gut wall and into the bloodstream, triggering the immune system and causing persistent inflammation throughout the body.
他們說，這與多重的健康問題相關，其中包括：
This, they say, is linked to a much wider range of health problems, including:
‧食物過敏 food allergies
‧偏頭痛 migraine
‧疲倦和慢性疲勞症候群 tiredness and chronic fatigue syndrome
