我的第一本Peirene 收藏就選了生日跟我同一天的奧地利作家 Alois Hotschnig 的這本短篇集。德文原文書名是 Die Kinder Beruhighte Das Nicht，直譯的話就是這不能讓小孩平靜下來，英文翻譯則是取了其中的一個篇名。童話用甜美的表相掩蓋現實世界的恐怖與殘酷，這本短篇集則是將習以為常的情景攤開，慢慢滲入詭異的氛圍，敘事的語調、篇幅像是一篇篇床邊故事，只是不是能拿來哄小孩的那種。
首篇 The Same Silence, The Same Noise 裡，第一人稱的「我」每天窺探隔壁鄰居的一對夫妻。鄰居每天都會在他們家的碼頭閒躺，兩人之間也沒什麼交流，就這樣懶洋洋的不動，但兩人似乎有種心照不宣的默契，看起來非常怡然自得，反倒讓「我」焦躁不安。
“At first, I had thought them part of the idyll I had come here to find, but now there constant presence irritated me ……., I felt annoyed, caught out, exposed. Under surveillance, even (12).”「我」明明是偷窺者，卻反過來覺得自己被監視，他為了寧靜與獨處來到此地，又極度渴望與外界建立聯繫。他試著吸引鄰居的注意，但總是徒勞無功。
Hotschnig 的故事風格帶著詭異、詭惑的氣質，提到他的故事似乎無可避免的都會說到佛洛依德的 Unheimlich。故事中的「我」覺得自己受到入侵、不得安寧；現實中他是那個剛搬來的新人，他自己才是外來的存在，這樣的疏離感卻是從他內心而來。還有什麼比我們的內心更貼近自己、更私密的東西呢？他卻在其中發現了未知、奇異的外來物，他所體驗到的疏離不只是在新環境下的陌生感，更是他自我認知的斷裂，最終他監視窺探的不是他的鄰居，而是他自己：“……no matter how obsessed I had become, I had really only stalked myself (19).”
The Beginning Of Something 這篇的主角體驗到與自身的疏離則是更直接、更實質。主角從夢中醒來，發現自己在跟夢裡一模一樣的地方，他身處陌生的國外，窗外有一個陌生人一直盯著他看。在夢裡他撞見鏡中的倒影不是他自己，醒後他趕去浴室盥洗想擺脫夢中景象，但他的手卻不是他的；夢中的鏡子突破虛構與現實的界線，追上他了：”I wanted to escape from the dream. But I could wash what had happened from my skin, and my hands rubbed myself raw with the scalding water. Finally, they pushed my head under water and only relented when I realized that I could not resist them (72).”
在 You Don’t Know Them, They’re Strangers 裡，一個男人每天醒來都發現自己變成不一樣的人。他不知道自己的身分，只能從外在、鄰居、朋友來一點一滴拼湊自己，然而隔天所有收集來的認識又全都瓦解。他曾經短暫變回最初的自己，卻沒有特別的心情波動，反倒是他不斷化身成為他者的時候感受到許多強烈的情感，讓他感到不堪負荷，卻無法阻止自己不斷的出門每天經歷不同的人生。
這本短篇故事裡的人物總是受到不明的吸引力驅使。察覺到異樣之處的直覺告誡著「別去看」，整本小說裡卻滿是擺脫不掉的視線與潛伏的感覺。同時，「詭異」也以空缺的方式存在著，如同 Maybe This Time, Maybe Now 裡傳說中的叔叔 Walter，他存在於所有家庭聚會、節日、出遊、日常對話，所有人都在等待他出現，他佔據了整個家庭的生活重心，卻從來沒有人見過他，他只存在於他們的等待之中。
Haunted 這個字要怎麼用中文說呢，不是縈繞心頭，這個說法太輕描淡寫。也不是鬧鬼，不是「鬧」這麼激烈的感覺，它是暗處靜靜的凝視，看不到卻潛藏內心，它什麼也沒做，依舊如常，卻讓你感到不安，你等待著突然襲擊的劇變，但它只讓你處於一種 limbo的狀態： maybe this time, maybe now.
七月底看的這本書，轉眼間十月要過了，天氣變得很快，前幾個月的陽光和悠閒的生活好像夢一樣。我回到布拉提斯拉瓦的住了一年的小公寓，原本堆著兩個人的家當的小房間空了一半，你無所不在。

It’s a new Taiwanese skincare brand which has no alcohol, no animal experiment, and 95% of the ingredients are organic!
At first I thought the petals in it were real! Cuz they were so realistic! But actually it’s a part of the product that can be rubbed into the skin with hands. Sometimes the dropper gets stocked because of the petals a bit 🤣
The most amazing part is that I was testing this product while my face was sensitive and irritated, with some red spots and pimples, acnes on. But this product didn’t make my skin felt hurt or itchy, and that happened a lot while my skin is in this situation. This product is good at calming the skin and taking away the redness. It’s not super moisturizing on its own, but great for summer days with dry skin.
I use a great amount of it every time, about 2-3 pumps for my hole face. I’m already halfway through this product after 3 weeks🤣 That’s how much I like it!

森美肌 喚顏花瓣精露
很開心又能介紹台灣的品牌了❤️森 SHEN是主打無酒精、95%以上有機成分和不使用動物實驗的品牌～
一開始以為裡面的花瓣是真的花瓣😳超級仿真很美～不過滴管吸到花瓣的時候會有點卡卡有時候沒辦法直接吸到一整管～花瓣是用手推可以慢慢推開的！
我最驚艷的地方是在皮膚微敏感（臉上有許多紅色小顆粒跟痘痘）的時候使用，沒有造成任何刺痛或是不適～甚至在有些微脫皮的雙頰也可以使用！使用幾天紅色小顆粒有比較穩定下來的感覺，單用的保濕力可能還不足夠到能讓脫皮都修復，但只要不過敏就大大感激了！也沒有造成長痘的問題～（近期超怕痘痘）這真的是我近期超級喜歡的保養品！退紅有感！
我使用保養品的用量都算蠻大的，因為之前看到一個影片說既然都用了就要用足夠的量～所以我整臉使用大約要兩管～三管才夠！照片是我使用兩個禮拜後拍的~因為已經用了半罐怕等用了一個月之後用光就沒東西可以拍了🤣🤣只剩空罐子～對我來說用量蠻快的，唯一就是滴管每次吸起來的量有時候多有時候少～但其實不影響產品本身的好用程度！還有就是懶人如我有時候花瓣沒有推開的話，就會停留在塗抹的地方然後慢慢乾掉XD包裝方面全成分表是用布標的方式繫在瓶身外面！展示方式很特別～
推薦給肌膚微敏感、容易過敏泛紅的人使用應該最有感！健康肌當然就完全沒問題～❤️

ETUDE 에뛰드 play color eyes cherry blossom palette’s review is finally here!
For kbeauty eyeshadow palettes has been a hot minute for so long, this is actually my very first time trying etude house palettes! (Only use single eyeshadows from this brand before~) The matte shades are easy to blend and the shimmer shades are stunning!!!!!! The cons will be the color selection of this palette. They all look much the same, which leads to similar looks.
Another thing that needs to be mentioned is a few times I use this palette, my eyes feel itchy and after I take it off my skin feels a bit irritated. If you have sensitive skin, please do consider this as a point!

#愛麗小屋 櫻花初綻眼彩盤 的介紹文來啦❤️
韓系眼影紅了那麼久，但是是我第一次用愛麗小屋的眼影盤～😳😳粉質很好取好暈染，壓的偏鬆，這盤顏色變化比較少一些，以粉紫色搭配一點點棕色系為主，出來的眼妝會稍微類似些！但熱愛粉嫩、粉紫色系的可以看看！亮片色都超級美～🌸💕😍
值得注意的是有幾次我使用之後眼睛有點癢癢的，卸妝後周遭肌膚有微過敏的現象，但也不是每次使用都有這個狀況，眼周肌膚敏感的人還是要考量一下～

Introducing three moisturizing toner sprays for today!
From left to right:
Mudan ginger lily water
It has a refreshing scent and is made in Taiwan. In winter times it’s not hydrating enough on its own, but for a sudden hydration after washing the face is fine. I put it in a spray bottle to use it!
Eau Thermale Avène雅漾 thermal spring water
I suppose most people known this product 😂 I love it while my skin is irritated. There’s no scent of this product, just water. Be sure not to shake before using it! The design wasn’t meant to be shaken!
Perth's King栢司金 Perth’s key rose therapeutic floral water
This is actually an empty, and this particular one is discontinuing on the website 😂 but the spray is quite good so I saved it for other toners! I still remember the thoughts while using it, and I do like it a lot! It’s for winter skincare, for it has oil in it ( which will be a bit heavy in summer). The scent is quite strong, I have to take a deep breath first, hold my breath, than spray it on. Once I’m familiar with it, it’s fine. It’s very moisturizing and leaves a tacky finish (need some time to get into the skin).

今天來介紹三個我用過/正在使用的化妝噴霧！
一般來說即便不是噴霧裝的化妝水我也都會裝進噴瓶裡面哈哈哈哈😂（有夠懶惰）畢竟噴一噴比較快（？）除非有特別說是濕敷效果比較好的才會用濕敷，但使用頻率就會低很多（到底多懶）
由左到右是：
馨牡丹 野薑花植萃化妝水
有淡淡香味，保濕力尚可，別人送的，也不知道哪裡買哈哈哈，包裝上面是寫屏東縣牡丹鄉公所（？）
#雅漾 活泉水
眾所皆知大名鼎鼎的～肌膚敏感時最放心使用！好像不需要多做介紹，沒有特別的香味！記得不要搖就對了！這個噴瓶的設計是使用前不用搖的～搖了反而不容易噴或是可能有損壞（？）的機率喔！
栢司金 Perthskey系列玫瑰花水
玫瑰口味現在好像已經沒有賣了！是一個隱藏版空空賞哈哈！但因為噴頭很不錯所以把罐子留下來妝其他的化妝水噴😂還記得使用心得所以還是可以分享！是含有玫瑰精油的化妝水，玫瑰味道很強烈，第一次使用會不太習慣！對味道敏感的人可能需要注意一下～但習慣之後就OK了！有精油所以很保濕，適合冬天使用，臉上噴完是會有一層粘膩的感覺的，要等一陣子才會吸收（也因此很保濕）整體來說我很喜歡💕
