2019-08-08 18:00:10【I Dare U To】the leading song for this album, is also the commercial theme song for the latest range of products, Töush, inspired by the well-established electrical brand, Pensonic. The song was written especially for Natalia by renowned music producer Percy Phang inspired by the Western Pop genre that was made to suit her style and personality.
The MV is lively, visually rich and fashion forward with hints of futurism, which set designs and themes were largely inspired by the epic science fiction film, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Directed by Stanley Kubrick. This MV’s aim was to take a playful twist on how the advance Töush technology is as good as 5 strong men completing household chores, every housewife’s dream. The cast that boasts international allurement introduces five talented and stunningly good looking models including Andy Oshima (ex-national volleyball player turned model of Belgian and Japanese descent), Henrique Fukuoka (supermodel of Japanese and Brazilian descent), Mason Roberts (Australian model turned artistic painter), Benjamin Hori (supermodel of Japanese and Canadian descent), and Sampei Okuno (Japanese model and musician). The cast flew in from cities across the globe; Shanghai, Australia, Taiwan, Canada, and Japan, for the filming of this music video.
On a deeper lyrical note, Percy and Natalia wrote this song with the idea that due to Natalia’s ambitious and confident demeanor, she tends to appear intimidating. The song was to encourage future prospects to dare to step up to the plate, break down her walls and fight for her, because behind all that strong exterior, she’s really just an easy-going goofball.
【I Dare U To】 是一首由知名音乐人彭学斌根据Natalia的风格量身打造的Western Pop 风格歌曲，是本次专辑的主打歌，也是Pensonic主推的新系列产品Töush的代言歌曲。
【I Dare U To】 MV可说是充满着满满的视觉享受，时尚感及未来感，因为场景及服装设计的主要灵感就是来自电影大师Stanley Cubrick的作品《太空漫游》。MV中一共五名壮男，以展示在Töush科技下的家电就如壮男般帅气且智能地完成家务，实现每一位家庭主妇的梦想。这无名壮男分别由五名名模所扮演，其中包括Andy Oshima（前排球选手，现为模特，日本比利时混血）；Henrique Fukuoka （名模，日本巴西混血）；Mason Roberts （澳洲名模，现为艺术画家）；Benjamin Hori（日本加拿大混血名模）；Sampei Okuno（日本模特，音乐家）。他们分别从上海、澳洲、台湾、加拿大及日本到来进行本次拍摄。在这强大的演员卡司下，可是大大提升了本MV的视觉享受。
在歌词方面，可看到Natalia希望未来的对方可勇敢地踏出那一步，打动她的心房并且为她战斗，因为在一切坚强的外表下，她也拥有一颗少女心。

今天文章：Intimidating Bosses Can Change — They Just Need a Nudge
今天文章主要在說明，要怎麼改變Intimidating的老闆或主管們！
開頭首先介紹「惡霸老闆」是不是真的可以促進員工努力與上進呢？
答案是：『在很短的時間內會。』
這句是作者給的結論：
Apparently, the short-lived, seemingly functional effects yielded by managers’ abusiveness incur substantial long-term costs of organizations.
之後，作者提出三個方法去改善惡霸老闆的行為：
1. Process-Oriented Leadership Evaluation Programs
主要把評比重點放在過程，而非最後的數字。
2. Situation-Based Leadership Training Programs.
例如，做a leadership self-reflection exercise：
先讓主管寫出自己覺得是偏向霸凌的處理方式的事件，
然後在寫出三個自己覺得更好的處理方式，
最後跟夥伴交換再說出對方三個更好的處理方式。
3. Employee Self-Shielding Programs.
組成一個受害者聯盟，利用討論惡霸主管行為，來防止之後的霸凌
（很好奇這在台灣有可能會發生嗎？）
個人心得：
以前，常常聽到老師們說『嚴師出高徒』、『虎父無犬子』，
好像是越嚴厲或兇狠的教導就可以馴化出最厲害的人。
但是，如果技能方面做到最強，
心靈健康層面卻沒有照顧到呢？
或許每個人定義『成功』的方式不同，
對我而言，
與其用很嚴厲或toxic的方式要求，
不如讓我挖掘內心真正想要的東西，
我就會不顧一切的去做了。
今天單字要跟大家分享這個貫穿全文的單字『Nudge』
我實在不知道這個中文要怎麼翻比較好，
他應用了「輕推：to touch or push gently」的意象，
所以也有approach跟urge into action的意思，
給大家幾個例句（From Merriam Webster）：

這篇關於alpha女性的文章吸引我的注意力，才發現在中文的搜尋中並沒有太多alpha女性的探討，只看到歐美同人圈有相關的介紹像是：
Alpha女性：兩種生殖器官都能發揮作用，但是很少發情，並且生育率最低、最陽剛的女性性別。陰莖同普通男性差不多大。她們通常扮演領導者的角色並且普遍受到尊重。社會傾向偏重把她們當做管理者。
關於生殖器的說法聽起來有點嚇人，但我傾向說是一種陰性與陽性能量的狀態，也許Alpha女性的陽性能量多過陰性能量。
一開始Alpha女性的討論有著動物階級般的描述，像是狼群裡的狼王，主導性高、愛使喚人，男人怕女人厭的形象更多是負向的說法，而如今越來越多國外的文章則將Alpha女寫在約會的情境中，卻在說她們是一群懂得自己要什麼，也不顧忌他人看法的人，並且更被描述為非常成就導向、由內而外的擅發性感與吸引力，並且充滿力量的個體。
當然，這樣具備自我意識的女性，自然在約會情境中有各種權力衝突和掙扎，尤其對像是也是充滿主導性的男性，就會希望在關係中有主從地位，並且是順服較多的女性，但並不意味著Alpha女就不能擁有自己想要的關係，而是要找到懂得尊重你而不害怕你的男性。
所以在下面這篇文章雖然寫intimdating，而文章的意味更像是敬畏，因此，alpha女們，請了解自己，也了解這個社會多數的看法與思維，去選擇值得你相處的關係。

家人喜歡自己的另一半真的是件很幸運也幸福的事！
恬恬去年十月跟Fabian一起回台灣時,他還在那邊很緊張我家人會不會不喜歡他,事後證明我爸媽還有朋友們都很喜歡他,說他是個非常有禮貌的人,而且很融入當地文化(打麻將)
恬爸跟恬恬一樣不笑就好像別人欠我們錢一樣,結果我爸見到Fabian嘴應該笑到要裂開了吧哈哈哈哈,還一直三餐飯後隨時問Fabian要不要吃東西肚子會不會餓～不會英文的恬爸還說要帶他去泡溫泉......是要兩人就一直對笑就對了啦哈哈哈
恬媽更好笑,在我們要回去前購入了一張雙人床,還要我家人都不能躺,說是要給我們睡的XDDD還有隨時想到就一直打掃家裡,深怕Fabian覺得家裡很亂,我妹說搞得全家總動員好像大掃除一樣:P
恬恬很慶幸自己的家人很喜歡Fabian,沒有因為他來自另一個國家或是他不會講中文就對他印象不好,是個非常民主開放的家長！希望那些還沒有得到家人支持的戀人們,能趕快贏得家人的支持！或是還在煩惱怎麼介紹另一半給家人的,希望能進行的一切很順利～更希望大家能快點結束遠距離啦！

It's very lucky and happy that my parents like Fabian!
Last October Fabian and I went back to Taiwan. He was really nervous that my parents might not like him. At the end it turned out that my family and friends liked him a lot. They said he's very nice, friendly and polite.
If I don't smile, I might look intimidating. My father is like this too. However, when my dad met Fabian, he smiled all the time. He always asked Fabian if he's hungry and wanna eat anything. He even invited Fabian to the hot spring though he couldn't speak English.
My mom was even funnier. She bought a king bed before we arrived. And she didn't allow anyone to touch it until we arrived to sleep on it XDDD She also cleaned our house a lot that my lil sis thought she was cleaning our home like we normally did on Chinese New Year.
I am very glad that my family likes Fabian. They like him though he comes from another country and cannot speak Chinese. My parents are also very liberal and open-minded. I hope those who don't have support from your family can have it soon. And wish you have a good meeting when you introduce your lover to your family. Finally I wish all couples can end your long-distance relationship soon!
