我的帳號被駭了。 I got hacked. On August 15th, this account got hacked. I got three emails from Instagram that day informing me someone logged into my account, changed my phone number and email that were connected to the account. A few minutes after, I got an email from the hacker. I looked at my boyfriend with tears telling him I got hacked. He was shocked and we looked at the emails together starting trying to contact Instagram. I posted on my other account @miaracle asking my friends and family to tag @instagram on the comment trying to get their attention. I have been reporting the problem and requesting help everyday since then. No reply. At all. I have had this account since 2014 as a personal account and started turning it into a photography account in 2015. I was just getting into photography. I have met so many amazing people through this platform, especially this account. It is a part of my life and it has been a hard time for me trying to distract myself from the fact that I lost my account. Finally, two days ago I got an email from @facebook requesting identity authentication proving I own this account. Luckily, I managed to get this account back. I still can’t tell you enough how frustrated, hopeless and helpless I have been. It has for sure been a difficult time for me and if I’ve learnt anything, it’s to always make sure you have two-factor authentication set up, change your password regularly and do not use the same account on several platforms. Thank you everyone who has been helping me in any possible way. I am genuinely grateful and I have realised how much this account means to me.
