此次 ST MAKE+ 與日本專業協助新創發展的「for Startups」公司合作，「for Startups」將介紹如何協助新創進入日本市場及募資；

翻轉視界 18 Changing Perspective

There's not just one road to the destination, but many roads. You just need to take the little step that’s right in front of you, and then the next one, and a few years down the track, they will seem like massive achievements.

通往目的地的路不止一條，有很多路可走。你只需要邁出眼前這一小步，然後再邁出下一步，幾年下來，將會成為巨大成就。

I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

I ended up having to move school 3 times before I came to Balwyn Primary School, which was relatively multicultural.

I had started learning the violin from the age of 2.5 years old and even with all the troubles that were going on in my life, had somehow still kept up with it. I next worked at Swinburne University, and then was head-hunted to lead the corporate legal team at the Commercial Passenger Vehicles Commission.

Plus it would be flexible, and offer me a stable income and the chance to meet different people every day!

今年3月辭職後隔天就跑去上配音班，在配音班學到非常多東西，也交到很棒的好朋友！但並不是上了配音班就會成為配音員，這部分我也還在思考ing。這中間與科技業好友聯絡，我們都離職後他出國讀MBA，回來就一直待在科技相關產業，現在在外商公司掛主管職，年領200萬以上的薪水，聽著覺得真的是太厲害了，也很為他開心！

除了累積的實力與工作能力，他流利的英文也是一大重點，回頭看自己從科技業離開到國外短期遊學旅遊後就很少接觸英文。到韓國批貨只需基礎韓文，當時曾經遇過不知道tomorrow是啥意思的店員，為了工作方便就去學了半年韓文，據說現在很多店家都有會講中文的店員了。

後來當全職媽媽，每年出國也只用到簡單英文，整個日常與工作的英文聽力和文法真的退步很多。去年離職前其實有面試上一家新創公司，工作內容是處理國外電商平台還有與base英國的同事聯繫，錄取後其實非常想去，但是因為公司在台北，最後考量到無法兼顧才剛上國小的希忍痛放棄，心想如果明年再回職場上班，特別是想找科技業工作或外商公司的話，在面試前一定要再特別準備！

在那之後，我開始上「希平方攻其不背」課程，他們開發的「五次間隔學習法」讓學英文不用死記硬背，只要上課時跟著聽、說、讀、寫全方位訓練，就可以在課程技巧性地複習下，自然而然學會英文，同時產生英文聽、說語感。我實際上課後，撿回超多已經遺忘的單字和片語，學英文的信心增加，不知不覺中也記得新的單字與片語，超厲害！
