3 kinds of flavours, Crumble butter, pork floss and natural dough.
It’s called pineapple not for the reason that it has pineapples in it, but just because of it’s shape.
It’s a sweet bread popular in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. (*in japan it’s called Melon bread)

我覺得我真的在家裡關太久，
關到忘了今天是國定假日，好扯。
一直到本來準備出門去超市，
才赫然發現放假，而要拿購物袋時，發現⋯#貓 #猫 在裡面，可愛。

本書第二章，主要討論英國的居家照護產業。
天啊！這不是我的老本行嗎？
書裡講到有一位腸脫垂的患者，需要照護者每次幫他在排泄後把腸子塞回（！？）
還好，我在英國遇過最糟的狀況只是：A一天打電話叫八次救護車
B把她的屎全部都抹在牆上
C喝太多巧克力在酒吧狂拉肚子拉得整條褲子都是
D失心瘋毆打我同事
英國照護人員，當時我的機構倒是流動率不大，但薪資僅是最低工資倒是真的。可是，我的機構在員工上工陪伴病患時，可以使用我們該棟病舍的公基金，給自己買點心吃，工作時也供餐，算是挺人道的。
但，我的工作機構，在評估要收進機構的病患時，不是看自身員工的醫療專業，而是看國家給該病患的補助有多少。
於是，員工們都知道哪個患者不能得罪，因為少了他/她，機構會少很多補助金。說穿了，英國的看護機構要的只是錢。（殘酷）
我覺得英國真的被台灣社會包裝得太美了，這本書提到的英國社會問題，
字字鑽進我心。譬如人民的健康議題，我想到當年我在英國一年胖了8公斤，誰說英國食物不好吃？很好吃啊！只是往往都是垃圾食物。
又，當時有一個電視節目叫「super skinny and super fat」，每週都邀請
一位超胖與一位巨瘦的英國民眾上節目，比對他們雙方飲食結構。英國過胖、過瘦的人口都很多，是一種社會問題（所以奧立佛主廚當初才說要做飲食革命），但台灣都只看到英國名模、王室、運動選手，讓我們永遠只是對英國充滿光鮮亮麗的印象。
再說到英國的房屋補助，當初我也是在英國看到醉了。
譬如，如果未婚媽媽帶著小孩，就可以得到房屋津貼，於是許多未婚媽媽怕失去房屋津貼，就不敢跟自己真正的真愛結婚。又或是因為帶著小孩就找不到真愛，於是不停的換男朋友，不停的換男朋友就不停地生小孩，小孩越生越多，就越領越多津貼。於是有很多的未婚媽媽一輩子靠著這些津貼過活，那這些孩子們都同母異父，既然母親生育他們往往只是為了得到更多津貼，當然就忽視他們的教育，於是又再度產生的別的社會問題。（待續）

晚餐， 炸豬排。說起來，這過去2個半月的隔離期間，我很少做重複的食物。沒辦法啊！
我就屬於那種「天天要我吃一樣食物，我真心無法的人」！🤷♀️
（🌟好啦！ 回台灣時，某些陽春麵，我可以天天吃，派克雞排也可以天天吃。）

EEC孩子最近學完了所有的倒裝句，可別以為這文法高階又少見，它可是很常出現在寫作之中。光在Wild(那時候我只剩下勇敢)這本書裡，俐媽就找出好多倒裝佳句喔！
🚧 There, it would be easy to reach, should I need it.
⚠️ 原句為There, it would be easy to reach, if I should need it. "可能性極低"的假設語氣中以should表示"萬一"，又假設語氣中有三個字(had, should, were)可以形成倒裝--去掉連接詞if，再將had/should/were與主詞對倒。因而if I should need it變成了should I need it.
🚧 Seldom did anyone manage to get it right, and even I stumbled over it a good portion of the time.
⚠️ Seldom表"不常"，為否定字，置於句首時後面形成"be/aux. + S"的倒裝句形式。其它常見否定字有never, rarely, barely, scarcely, hardly, in no time, only, not until, not only...but also..., nowhere, little等等。
🚧 I realized that under no circumstances while on my date tomorrow could I take off my pants.
⚠️ under no circumstances表"決不"(= never = in no way = by no means = on no condition = on no account)為否定字，故後面形成could I take off my pants的倒裝句構。

⛽️ 注意：若主詞為代名詞時，則不倒裝，如He comes here. = Here (副詞) + he (主詞) + comes (動詞).
