我感到很傷心. 被告面對人證物證都有的時候被判無罪還能追討訴訟費用,這是要多強的心態,還有要過多少重心理關口才能做到?
另外就是法官在判決的時候心裡在想什麼? 沒錯法律是要依程序,依步驟,但是當初是人類創造法律,對吧? 現在是法律控制人類,還是人類控制法律? 什麼原因導致法律讓犯法的人逍遙法外 ? 我不知道. 但是我希望受害者能回到正常生活的階段,雖然我知道很難,但是我依然希望.

若要表達【時尚的】，請使用 fashionable 或 chic
(其中發音也很常犯錯： chic 的發音，與 “shik” 相同)
☛ 錯誤用法：Where are you come from?
詢問對方來自哪裡，不建議讓 be V. 與 介系詞 from 同時存在。
請記住兩個簡單詢問對方來自哪裡的正確用法：
Where are you from?
Where do you come from?
☛ 錯誤用法：What’s happen?
What’s 有兩種縮寫：可以表達為 What is / What has
亦即變為全寫有兩種用法：
What has happened? = What’s happened? (已經發生什麼了？)

巴西亞馬遜雨林大火已經演變成全球危機，對地球的危害難以估量。如圖一示，今年亞馬遜雨林已發生超過7萬2,000起火災，次數比去年同期暴增了8成以上，且相當於是每分鐘就燒掉兩座足球場的面積。台灣電視媒體照樣少見報導（焦點是郭王柯合體），可能透過網路新聞比較容易獲知詳細的資訊。

剛好我的朋友Max就是聖保羅人（聖保羅是這次受影響最大的都會區，因為連日大火，白天都變成黑夜，如圖二），於是跟他確認了一下目前的狀況。他對我說：「如果可以的話，請告訴大家。我們的總統和媒體對這場使得全世界最大的雨林遭受重創的破紀錄大火延燒置若罔聞。😔（If you can please spread the word. Our president and our media are pretending nothing is happening while the biggest forest in the world is dying in record speed. 😔）“」

他說巴西人（尤其年輕人）普遍認為大火的主因是貪婪的商人或地主為了增加更多農業用地，所以才刻意放火，使得情勢一發不可收拾。他同時也證實國際媒體的報導，說主流巴西媒體對這場大火是幾乎不報導的，在巴西總統波索納洛（Jair Bolsonaro）的煽動之下，知道的人也以為整個災難都是假新聞。最新消息是，波索納洛指控火是NGO放的，為的是要聯合國際社會迫害他。

關於波索納洛，Max對他的評價跟我遇到所有認識的巴西人都一樣，稱他為「巴西川普」、「混蛋（Asshole）」。還記得去年適逢巴西總統大選，他以極右派民粹領袖之姿競選，我遇到的所有巴西人都說他一定選不上，選上巴西就完蛋了。結果他不但順利當選，即便火燒成這樣，卻依然獲得高民調支持。Max甚至用「法西斯」這個字眼來形容他們的總統。

Max對於我跑來問他這個事情感到很驚喜，以為台灣人都非常關注，這部分我就沒有多作解釋了....我也只能出點力，分享一下這個資訊給我的朋友而已。
