認識這一間餐廳，是從觀塘開始，那是一間叫做HOW的☕️咖啡廳，除了賣咖啡食物之外，店內還有高質日本手工傢俬家具。後來HOW離開了觀塘，卻以這間西式居酒屋酒吧 Say Hi在灣仔回歸。

環境寬敞，餐桌典雅具質感，是我對HOW的回憶，同樣地，這一間Say Hi貫徹HOW的木色裝潢，加上水泥風及暗黃色吊燈，精緻中又添了幾分浪漫。

「✨Pan-fried scallops，Red braised pork belly」$88
肥厚帶子貝柱下擺放住一塊肥瘦參半嘅紅燒肉，共同組成精緻得令人著迷嘅外表，入口混合帶子鮮甜及豬肉肉脂香氣。

🍸推薦配搭嘅酒品：Blessed guardian ，一杯加入咗Sakura bitters、Yuze bitters同elderflower等等嘅清新花香雞尾酒，同上述餐點一樣非常賞心悅目🍸

「✨Hokkaido pork，mashed potato，cinnamon apple sauce 」$198
慢煮過嘅厚切日本四元豚，表面有經輕煎，帶極微焦脆感，豚肉色澤粉嫩，柔軟不失彈性，配以滑溜薯蓉及解膩玉桂蘋果醬汁，無論調味擺盤都配搭別具心思。

「✨Yuzu honey roasted boneless duck，grilled cauliflower，grilled Lotus root 」$188
經柚子蜜烤過嘅無骨鴨，食落香香甜甜，味道有少少似港式燒鵝點酸梅醬嘅感覺，但係係無骨西式版本，幾得意，伴碟燒椰菜花、燒蓮藕亦夠爽脆，無太油膩。

「✨Nn hake fillet，pumpkin mashed potato，grilled baby corn，asparagus，beetroot cream sauce」$188
撒上忌廉汁嘅紐西蘭白鱈魚魚肉扎實新鮮，質感滑溜，伴碟有燒粟米芯、蘆筍、紅菜頭同南瓜薯仔泥等等，相對上述兩者，味道清淡一些。

🍸推薦配搭嘅酒品：Sayhi signature mocktail - Moana，加入Lychee同ginger juice嘅呢杯無酒精雞尾酒，味道鮮明，搭配呢個餐點感覺令魚肉鮮中更帶香甜。🍸

Pescada com todos，就是 hake with everything的意思，是再簡單不過的一道葡萄牙家常菜，簡單樸實到讓人懷疑它能否真的被列為一道菜。把除了鱈魚之外的所有食材加鹽煮個十分鐘左右，再加入鱈魚煮熟後盛盤淋上橄欖油就好了。

前幾周做的Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá中提到的Bacalhau 在葡萄牙是cod做的，但這道Pescada com todos則多用hake來做。Cod在葡萄牙就是指學名Gadus morhua的大西洋鱈(Atlantic cod/タイセイヨウダラ)，在日本指的則是太平洋鱈，或稱大頭鱈(Gadus macrocephalus) ，又因為日本四周的鱈魚多是這一類，因此在日本稱之為真鱈(マダラ) 。而這道菜常用的hake屬於無鬚鱈，在亞洲比較少見，其日文的外來語メルルーサ來自於西班牙文Merluza。
此外，這道菜也可以使用haddock(Melanogrammus aeglefinus)，中文是黑線鱈 ，日本叫牠コダラ。

還有一個也指稱鱈魚的英文是pollock，中文為黃線狹鱈（Gadus chalcogrammus），又名阿拉斯加鱈，韓國人管叫牠明太魚，牠的卵就是明太子。日文則是 介党鱈(スケトウダラ)。

只是這些鱈魚在台灣都幾乎無法吃到就是了。

托媽媽朋友金大嬸的福，她的生日派對來到這間餐廳慶祝，一個人約70鎊左右，算是一星餐廳中高價，吃完我快閃回家工作工作工作，後天要跟從台北來倫敦參展的師大學妹吃肯辛頓附近的平價米其林一星，三道菜約在29鎊附近。

這週吃得真不錯，而我們家樓下的健身房要恢復營業了我終於可以恢復一週五天的運動，吃好、睡好、運動好、跟老公感情好，就是我平衡婚姻、家庭、育兒、博士、和事業的秘訣，缺一不可。
