1) Below 100ppl ship expedition: as only 1 restaurant, rooms smaller, but got the benefit for all guests to do all landings tgt = extra time ashore
2) Bigger ship, lower budget type, but good expedition guides (like Quark is a good example)
3) Bigger ship, reasonable price (like Ponant) more comfortable and leisure, more dining option
4) Ultra luxury (like SCENIC), best comfort while on expedition cruise, rooms are bigger 300-400 sq ft.
the ship has helicopter, submarine (extra cost, subject to availability) - unique experience~Very expensive!!
5) Fly cruise (Antarctica21)
save crossing the drake , have different ships (smaller expedition style, or newer medium size ship)
6.) Nat geo oyages for guests. especially those more keen on photography, close to Scenic Eclipse price. Ship is more simple but many professional talk

今年的11/19,我去日本東京公幹 I went to Tokyo for business trip on 19/11/19

只有幾個小時出街買東西和吃東西 Only a few hours out for buy and eat

我選擇了去池袋, 原本沒有想去無敵家拉麵店的 I chose to go to Ikebukuro. I did n’t expect to go to the Mutekiya ramen shop at first.

因為每次聽到排隊要一個小時才有得吃 Because I have heard that at least 1 hour to wait for the queue

其實因為店內的座位極少, 只有17個座位 In fact, because there are very few 17 seats in the store

但當天下午4時15分, 我經過無敵家門口 At 4:15 p.m. that day, I passed the door of this ramen shop.

驚訝發現完全不用排隊, 機會一時無兩 Surprisingly to find that there is no need to wait in line at all.

一定要入去看看, 是否傳聞中那麼好食 Be sure to go in and see if it is so delicious in rumors

見到餐牌有兩款特別推介, 我連價錢也沒有看 When I saw the menu there were two special recommendations, I did n’t even see the price

直接問職員, 哪款拉麵最值得試呢 I asked the staff directly, which ramen was the most worth trying?

店員推介我, 二話不說, 便點了肉玉麵 After he recommended me, without conserdaration, I ordered the Mutekiya remen Nikutama.

在我去平價無敵家拉麵是否好食之前 Before I comment the ramen is good or not

首先要了解食拉麵的三大元素, 湯、麵、料 First of all, you must understand the 3 major elements of rameni.e. soup, noodles, and side dish ingredients.

湯, 湯頭就是一間拉麵店的靈魂 Soup is the soul of a ramen shop

無敵家的湯頭, 每日新鮮熬出一鍋湯頭 They freshly boil a pot of broth every day

最少要花十六個小時, 一日總共熬製出三鍋 It takes at least 16 hours, and 3 pots are cooked in a day.

確保每一碗拉麵的湯頭有最新鮮甘甜的狀態給客人享用 Make sure that each bowl of ramen soup is fresh and sweet for guests to enjoy

濃醇順口, 不會有死鹹的感覺, 湯頭濃郁 Thick and mellow rich flavor soup, not feeling dead salty

望到湯頭的骨膠原蛋白質很重, 他們使用大量豬骨 They use a lot of pork bones n its look full of bone collagen in the soup,

細心經過兩次過濾撈走浮沫, 去除雜質 After careful filtration, they remove the foam and remove impurities

湯頭入口嘴裏面有黏黏的感覺, 膠質很重 There is a sticky feel in the mouth of the soup, the collagen is very heavy

好像喝花膠湯, 齒頰回甘 It ’s like drinking Maw Soup with sweetness after taste.

第二個元素, 麵, 無敵家的麵條比較粗身, 吸湯力很高 The 2nd element is noodles. Their noodles are thicker and have a higher suction power to absorb the soup

雖然並非無敵家自家製作, 但供應商是使用北海道小麥粉製作而成 Although it is not self produced, the supplier uses high quality Hokkaido wheat flour.

スープ、スープヘッドはラーメン屋の魂

無敵のスープ、毎日スープの鍋をpotでる

少なくとも16時間かかり、1日で3つの鍋が調理されます。

ラーメンスープのボウルが新鮮で甘く、ゲストが楽しめることを確認してください

濃厚でまろやか、死んでも塩辛い感じもなく、濃厚なスープ

スープの骨のコラーゲンを見ると非常に重いため、豚骨が多く使われています

慎重にろ過した後、泡を取り除き、不純物を取り除きます

スープの口にべたつき感があり、ガムが非常に重い

それは、Maw Soupを飲むようなものです。
2番目の要素であるヌードル、無敵のヌードルはより太く、吸引力が高い

無敵ではありませんが、サプライヤーは北海道の小麦粉を使用しています。
