    對於Smash漢堡：
    3個漢堡麵包
    1湯匙黃油
    3片生菜
    3片番茄
    6片美國起司

    對於牛肉：
    15盎司牛肉末
    少許鹽
    少許現磨黑胡椒粉
    2湯匙清淡橄欖油

    對於醬：
    1湯匙美乃滋
    1湯匙番茄醬
    1湯匙甜碎瓜
    1湯匙芥末醬

    Serve: 3 burgers
    Prep time: 10 minutes
    Cook time: 10 minutes

    For the smash burgers:
    3 burger buns
    1 tablespoon butter
    3 piece lettuce
    3 slices tomato
    6 slices American cheese

    For the beef:
    15 ounces ground beef
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons extra light olive oil

    For the sauce:
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon sweet relish
    1 tablespoon mustard

    校長面試時隨機抽考列印這道食譜（純文字版）: Grilled Eggplant Baba Ganoush，讓我讀了五分鐘文字食譜就現場考試。確認我能跟得上課程才過關。

    文字食譜如下（重量不同比例差不多）雖然我沒吃過也沒聽過這道菜，但我還是順利通過考驗了。

    有人認為我是國際學生學校加減收，其實你錯了。

    不管你是哪裡來，學費都是將近50K美。

    其他學生都有相關資歷依然入學進修，Choyce算是2021年才跳進餐飲認證（三月考上中餐，烘焙，西點執照）在全班經驗裡最薄弱，英文也不是母語的中文人，七月中才下定決心申請入學，九月七日壓線從台灣飛回來趕上開學的餐飲新人。

    Ingredients

    2 pounds Italian eggplant (about 4 medium or 2 large eggplants)
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    3 Tablespoons tahini
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
    ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
