【豚バラガーリックライス】
今日は、豚バラの旨味たっぷりでやみつき味の『豚バラガーリックライス』を作りました！てぬキッチンなのでにんにくはチューブで手を抜いて作っちゃいます！
にんにくは手抜きしているけど、そんなことを感じさせないくらい味付けがめっちゃ美味しです！鶏ガラとバターと少しの砂糖と焦がし醤油で、マジでやみつき味のガーリックライスが超簡単に完成します。
面倒だけどガッツリボリューミーなものが食べたいときに、ぜひお試しただきたいです！！

〈材料〉２人分
温かいご飯 360g
豚バラ肉 150g
青ネギ 4〜5本
☆にんにく 10㎝
☆鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1/2
☆バター 10g
☆砂糖 小さじ2/3
醤油 小さじ1
