    【一秒即著】身邊總有一個燥底朋友

    一秒躁底宜疏肝清熱
    經常煩躁不安、急躁易怒、心浮氣躁,少少事情就可以「一秒躁底」,情緒就像跑車由零加速至100km/h的速度一樣,究竟這些人是否天生情緒管理特別差?未必!中醫理論認為煩躁與熱有關,肝膽火旺會引致口苦口渴、舌紅、小便黃、脅痛頭痛、晚睡多夢、煩躁易怒等症狀,經常熬夜、壓力大、飲食不節、嗜食辛辣、常喝酒、重口味食物都是常見成因。
    想改善火爆情緒宜清熱疏肝,從避免進食辛辣、溫補、重口味食物開始,適量飲用涼茶,如雞骨草、菊花茶等等,清熱祛濕,也可進食屬性偏涼的食材如火龍果、冬瓜、綠豆、霸王花等,另外還要找適合自己的宣洩渠道,適度減壓。

    雞骨草素馨花茶
    功效:疏肝清熱,紓緩煩躁心情、容易眼火爆情緒等症狀。
    材料:雞骨草9克、素馨花3克、綠茶包1個
    做法:材料洗淨放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗約5-10分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期連續飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。

    Soothe the liver and clear heat to ease irritability
    Some people are quick-tempered and always feel frustrated and get annoyed, and their emotions change quickly like a roller-coaster ride, but does that mean they have anger management issues? Not necessarily!

    Chinese Medicine theories believe this is related to heat in the body. Heat accumulated in the liver and gallbladder can cause bitterness and dryness in the mouth. Other symptoms include red tongue, yellow urine, abdominal pain and headache, insomnia and excessive dreaming, and irritability. The common causes are sleeping late, stress, unhealthy diet, and regular consumption of alcohol and hot, spicy, and heavily flavored foods.

    To improve this condition, we need to clear the heat and soothe the liver. Avoid eating hot, spicy, heavily flavored foods and ingredients that are warm in nature. Consume an appropriate amount of herbal tea made with ingredients such as Chinese prayer bead grass and chrysanthemum, as they can clear heat and eliminate dampness from the body.

    We can also consume ingredients that are cool in nature such as dragon fruit, winter gourd, mung bean, and night blooming cereus. At the same time, we can find other healthier alternatives to vent out frustration and relieve stress.

    Chinese prayer bead grass and jasminum tea
    Effects: Soothes the liver and clears heat. Relieves emotional symptoms such as irritability.
    Ingredients: 9g Chinese prayer bead grass, 3g jasminum, 1 green tea bag
    Preparation: Place all ingredients into thermos, rinse once with hot water, and add in hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.

    Although there are lots of Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, homemade pasta is not so widely popular as making fresh pasta takes patience and attention to the intricate details of the process. However, you can find every dish made in-house from scratch at Casa Cucina & Bar located at Sai Ying Pun. Formerly of Two- Michelin Guide -starred Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong Executive Chef Anthony Cheung brings a Cicchetti-inspired menu featuring a limited selection of dishes all made in-house. This restaurant has three floors of intimate dining space which looks like a resort hotel, no wonder it has become an Instagram favorite since its grand opening.

    雖然意大利餐廳在香港隨處可見,但手工意粉卻不常見,始終複雜製作過程需要一定的耐性,不過位於西營盤的Casa Cucina & Bar就可找到從頭開始自家製作的手工菜式。大廚Anthony Cheung曾任職香港置地文華東方酒店、米芝連兩星法式餐廳Amber,餐牌選取意大利特色小食文化Cicchetti為創作靈感,選擇不算多,但全都是自家製作。餐廳猶如一幢獨立度假屋,擁有三層空間,難怪開張以來已成為IG打卡熱點。

    Burrata $105
    This appetizer resembles the "red, white, and green" colors of the Italian flag. The softness and delightful milky aroma of buffalo cheese are irresistible. The seasonings allow the delicate flavor of the cheese to shine through. When cut open, the creamy interior of Burrata is revealed as it slowly seeps from the centre like rich cream. It tastes cool and refreshing and that's why is a great choice for appetizer in summer.

    Duck Ragu Pappardelle $178
    This pasta with double-seared duck breast chicken, liver parfait and French yellow wine topped with Parmesan is one of the Casa signature dishes. The biggest difference between fresh pasta and dried pasta is the springy texture which offers an al dente bite. Pappardelle goes wonderfully with a hearty, meaty Duck Ragu sauce.

    It is a classic Italian dish of breaded chicken breast covered in melty mozzarella cheese and is served with bright and tangy tomato sauce to provide a contrast to the fried cutlets and rich cheese. The coating is flavorful and crispy.

    我要請假(開門見山法😂)相信大家可以在影片裡可以看得出來我的皮膚因為吃A酸的關係整個經歷爆痘期,而且加上擦藥的關係還會刺刺痛痛的,我知道之前我皮膚出問題的時候我也有堅持拍片但這次請假主要是身體出了些情況,其實這部片一拍完我就躺在床上起不來後來叫救護車了,因為我只要一起身就暈、吐,後來醫生說是消化不良(第一次知道消化不良這麼可怕🙀)腸胃部分在我遵從醫生指示喝了幾天椰子水跟吃粥之後是好多了,但是我的頭還是會時不時地暈,加上樓上晚上吵我心理身體都累積了不少壓力,那時候拍片拍到一半就開始暈了但是我一直告訴自己一下就結束了再撐一下,但就一直覺得好熱好悶,現在想想也是太勉強自己了!所以我需要時間把問題排解🙏

    樓上真的很吵,我什麼方式都試過了後來也找了警察但還是時不時會被吵到失眠,雖然房東人很好也有在努力處理,但我跟姐夫還是決定要搬家,很喜歡現在的租屋處但我不希望能不能好好睡覺這件事情取決於樓上的小捧油😅 拍片跟剪片需要專注力,其實我在剪片的時候也會有點偏頭痛,所以想暫時抽離一個禮拜!完全不剪片不拍片,就好好找房子,打掃家裡、準備斷捨離、然後沈浸在排球少年跟BTS的世界裡吸取日月精華補充元氣😂之後要搬家我想我真的會請救兵,找專業的片師幫我後製,所以大家愛我就看影片、看業配,偶需要錢😂🙏

    之後一個禮拜不拍片不剪片的話,下下禮拜應該是無法禮拜二就出片,但我會TRY MY BEST下下禮拜一定會有影片的!至於我的IG還是會營業,也會有驚喜的消息跟大家分享,所以請持續鎖定我的IG呦💜謝謝您們我愛您們!身體健康真的是最大的財富,願我們都健康幸福快樂❤️

    蝦醬蘆筍炒滑蛋

    材料:
    蘆筍3札
    雞蛋6隻
    蝦膏1磚
    辣椒仔1隻

    處理:
    1. 蘆筍,從尾部切去2吋,莖部輕手刨去表皮,斜刀切2吋一段,清水沖洗乾淨。
    2. 雞蛋,打在碗內。
    3. 辣椒仔,洗淨,切粒。

    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
    2. 打勻雞蛋,倒入鑊內,向四面推成滑蛋,放上碟。
    3. 蘆筍,倒入鑊內,加入蝦膏及清水5毫升,炒勻。
    4. 加入糖半湯匙,炒勻。
    5. 加入雞漿,炒勻。
    6. 完成,上碟,加入辣椒粒,可享用。

    Scrambled eggs with asparagus and shrimp sauce

    Ingredients:
    Asparagus 3 bunches
    Eggs 6 Nos.
    Shrimp paste 1 cube
    Chili 1 No.

    Preparation:
    1. Asparagus, cut 2" from the bottom. Peel its stem lightly. Cut 2" in lengths. Rinse thoroughly.
    2. Eggs, beat in a bowl.
    3. Chili, get it rinsed and diced.

    Steps:
    1. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
    2. Beat eggs well. Pour into wok. Push egg syrup to the centre of wok. Put on plate.
    3. Asparagus, put in wok. Add in shrimp paste and water 5ml, fry well.
    4. Add in sugar 0.5 tbsp. Fry well.
    5. Add in egg syrup, fry well.
    6. Complete. Put on plate. Add in chili cubes. Serve.
