Eventually, hybrid car batteries need to be replaced & the old battery must be handled responsibly - it absolutely cannot go into landfills because its harmful to the environment*. The people at Volvo look at each battery to determine what to do - either service the battery for re-use or recycle it in a responsible way, even repurposing them for solar panels for poorer communities.

*(same goes to our everyday AA batteries etc., btw ! Don’t put them in the normal bins, there are specific ways to dispose of them — google the nearest drop-off bin - Volvo dealerships have battery disposal bins too).

Weird powder for disposing cup noodles left over soup. The powder is high water absorption resin and bittering agent. It's mainly for outdoor. We sometimes leave soup for our health(it has much salt) but it's not good disposing leftover soup to the river. If you use the powder, you can dispose it to the garbage can. Why are we so determined to litter and ruin our environment? Is it that difficult to dispose of your rubbish properly. Let alone recycle it. Yeah I take this issue seriously in Malaysia. Why? Because I love this country and consider it my home. For sure, Malaysia isn’t the only country with this problem, most places in the world are going through the same problem, but we need to change. Before it’s too late. If you see it, call it out. Please.
