中文請往下▼ This is a recipe I made for A when I was brainstorming for things to bring on board our long haul flight to japan. I needed something not messy and something he can grasp easily in his hand. These also taste good cold and stores very well in the freezer and can be reheated frozen by steaming for about 5minutes. I haven’t tried reheating by baking or using the microwave, but I presume the egg might taste dry.
On A’s Plate:
- Raspberries
- Curry Chicken Veggie Frittata (Recipe Included)

The key is to cook the veggies first before baking because veggies tend to hold water and if its baked uncooked it’ll dilute the egg batter, the frittata won’t come out as fluffy and dense. Also eggs bake very fast in the oven, so keep an eye on your frittatas in the oven. Yours may need less time. Once the egg rises, you can test it by putting a fork or chopstick in the middle of one of the frittata, if its dry it means its done!

If you’re little one doesn’t like curry, you can easily substitute it with garlic powder instead.

這個食譜是在我們上次準備去沖繩煩惱要給小哲帶什麼上飛機吃的時候想出來的。當初我希望帶一些不易髒和好拿在手裡吃的東西。這個義式烤蛋餅冷吃也不錯，也可以放進冷凍櫃保存。要吃的時候不需要解凍直接蒸五分鐘就可以了。我還沒試過加熱用烤的或用微波爐，可是我猜想蛋餅會乾乾的。

小哲的餐盤上有：
- 樹莓
- 咖喱雞櫛瓜義式烤蛋餅 (含食譜）

製作烤蛋餅的重點是蔬菜要先煮過才放進去烤，因為蔬菜通常有很多水分，煮蔬菜的過程會把水分逼出來，所以要先煮熟這樣在烤的過程中水才不會混到蛋液裡，烤起來才會鬆軟好吃。還有就是，蛋在烤箱裡很快就會烤熟了，所以要時常盯著烤箱，不要烤焦了。當蛋澎起來後，可以拿隻筷子或叉子放進一個蛋餅，要是沒有東西粘在上面就是熟了！

如果小朋友不希歡吃咖哩也可以改用蒜頭粉喔
